I had a wonderful experience with Cape Cod Electrical. Nick came and gave me an excellent estimate for mini splits in my home that was much better than others that I received. Then, Matt and three others came to do the installation and couldn’t have been nicer. They were professional, neat and thorough. I would highly recommend Cape Cod Electrical.

Great response time on initial inquiry and very prompt to get the actual updates scheduled. They had great communication and did a nice job with the installation. The also helped within a short timeline. I don’t have a great reference for price. It seemed maybe a little high but their service made up for it.

Highly professional from Lynn answering the phone calls to making appointments and then having to change a few she was incredible. Chris and Collin just left shortly and they addressed the issues and made the corrections in efficient time and in a very reasonable rate. Can’t say enough to all of them thank you.

Our generator stopped working during the blizzard the next morning we left numerous messages with a large well known electrical company that serviced it. They were closed.

In a panic, I went to google and started making calls and leaving messages. My mom is 85 yrs, bedridden, and needed heat. I was so lucky! My third call and a wonderful lady answered. I explained what happened and she said she’d get Nick out to us in an hour. She’s an angel! Nick got here even sooner. Diagnosed the situation, the generator was doa, he said I can get one installed tomorrow for you if you’d like. We liked! By 2pm the next day we have a beautiful Generac that will power the whole house.

The crew that came were polite, funny, totally professional, and hard working!

Cape Cod Electrical is now our electricians for all our needs. I can’t recommend them enough. I love that they’re a small business on the Cape who care about their customers.

Chris and his team member were professional in their work. They made the effort in explaining to us the issues they found with our electrical system and made all the necessary repairs needed. Their price for labor was reasonable and I would hire this company for work again.

Booked an appointment online for a week out. Got a call shortly after that a crew was in my area and available. They were here 30 minutes later. Viewed my projects, provided quotes and accepted digital payment. They were professional and efficient. I will use them again.

Made apt with Cape Cod Electrical. The techs 2 of them showed up on time replaced 5 GFI outlets in the kitchen was there about 1 hour but thought price was a little high for only 1 hour of work $ 900.00.

Well Evan was prompt and courteous, seemed to have good knowledge about Generac systems. I am a bit disappointed that after realizing unit wasn’t worth repairing I requested a quote to replace but sadly never heard back from them. Must be nice to have so much business you can just blow off a customer, time to find an alternative
