We used Nick and his team to install two generators at our place of business. They are professional, friendly, and were responsive to an issue that we had in a timely manner. I highly recommend their service. Only issue we had is, that they can, at times, be tough to reach. But they are a first class company and would have no issues using them again.

Chris and his team member were professional in their work. They made the effort in explaining to us the issues they found with our electrical system and made all the necessary repairs needed. Their price for labor was reasonable and I would hire this company for work again.

Nick was very timely and professional in coming to review our project and provided us with a quote very soon after. Sean and his apprentice arrived on time and were thoughtful and professional, offering creative solutions for our project. The work was done quickly, expertly and on budget.

Just had my first interaction with Cape Cod electrical about a half hour ago at my house. The employees were very kind, knowledgeable, and worked quickly.
I called them this morning around 11:30 AM and they got here to work around 1:45 PM. Within less than three hours from my call, they were here working, and fixing my electrical problems. I would recommend them to my friends and family, just like I am recommending them to you. You are in good hands!

Hired them for a panel upgrade. The communication throughout the whole process was flawless, from the first call to the initial visit and the installation. The installing crew were fantastic and everyone who has seen their work has given nothing but compliments. Highly recommend and will call them again for any other electrical needs I have.

I had Cape Cod Electric here to do some outdoor wiring for some splits I had installed. Chris and his assistant were here ahead of schedule, professional, easy to work with and most importantly did a superb job. I would highly recommend them. I highly recommend Cape Cod Electrical. I had them do the wiring for my pool. They came on time, were professional and went right to work nonstop. As often happens in work being done there were some glitches to get through. The timer did not work right and they returned immediately, tried to fix it and ended up replacing it with a new one. I was impressed with this company getting back to me when I called and not just leaving me in the dust once the bill was paid.

Nick was very professional when he came to give me an estimate for the work to be done. Matt and Brett and 2 other men (sorry didn't catch your names) were amazing, very professional and hard working.
Lynn who is the office manager does a great job of getting back to you and relaying messages to the electricians very quickly.

Quick appointment, and we got great suggestions from the office staff. Our service person was on time and very thorough. While the issue still exists, we got good tips for diagnosing the issue and collecting data going forward.

Lynn answered my first call, no need to leave a message and wait for a call back. She was able to send Chris within an hour as her was near on another job. Chris did an excellent job fixing all of our problems. We are glad to have found an good company for our electrical needs.

We purchased a new home recently that required a new panel box. Cape Cod Electrical took the time to provide us with a quote and thoroughly explain our options. They were able to schedule the work within a couple of weeks! The gentlemen who showed up were professional, courteous, and extremely accommodating. Our experience with Cape Cod Electrical was very positive from start to finish. We called and got an appointment within a few days. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Two gentlemen arrived right on time the day if their appointment and did an excellent job replacing 2 GFI's that hadn't worked for a couple of yrs. Both were very polite and diligent. Would definitely use in the future for our electrical needs.
