Fantastic service! Thank you! Called on Monday for a non-emergency but asked if we could have a person come by this week. The office manager/scheduler was very responsive and helpful! The next day a very capable electrician came, right on time per what was quoted. He was polite, professional, and clearly explained in detail what he needed to do so there were no unanswered questions. It was obvious he triple checked his work to ensure it was done right. Before he left he cleaned up and asked if he could help in any other way. It’s a rare thing these days to see this level of service - repairing vs replacing in order to save on the cost, getting the job done with a high level of efficiency. Highly recommend these folks, they will be my go to moving forward!

Booked an appointment online for a week out. Got a call shortly after that a crew was in my area and available. They were here 30 minutes later. Viewed my projects, provided quotes and accepted digital payment. They were professional and efficient. I will use them again.

He sent Brett and Evan to do the assessment and repairs. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Lynn, the office manger, kept me informed all along the way of scheduling, invoices, and other documentation. Nick was experienced, accessible, informative, and helpful throughout the process. I would use them any time and highly recommend them.

Made apt with Cape Cod Electrical. The techs 2 of them showed up on time replaced 5 GFI outlets in the kitchen was there about 1 hour but thought price was a little high for only 1 hour of work $ 900.00.

Well Evan was prompt and courteous, seemed to have good knowledge about Generac systems. I am a bit disappointed that after realizing unit wasn’t worth repairing I requested a quote to replace but sadly never heard back from them. Must be nice to have so much business you can just blow off a customer, time to find an alternative

Installed 60 amp EV charger, 30 amp outdoor portable generator outlet with interlock switch, additional 20 amp circuits and outlets and outdoor motion sensor. Excellent customer service from initial estimate to timely installation. Scheduling technology, communications and payment system made the overall process very efficient. Would highly recommend Cape Cod Electrical.
