Merry Maids of Cape Cod cleaned my summer rental property superbly! I would have liked to stay there, myself. I highly recommend them!!

The first two people were only here an hour and 25 minutes. They were supposed to be there 3 hours. I called and complained about the poor job they did. A another crew of 3 was sent out. They were some what better but still not worth the money. This is the second time I have tried using them. I will not try again. I will hire an individual next time.

I've used Merry Maids sporadically as needed for a few years now. All the cleaners have been very professional and the office is responsive and easy to deal with.

Easily the worst cleaning service I have ever received. The living room and dining room floors were visibly dirty after the cleaning and there were cob webs all over the ceilings. Called once, explained my situation and was told I’d get a call back....I did not receive a call. Called again, had to explain my entire situation over again as if this was the first time I had called and was told I’d get a call back....once again I did not receive a call. Called a third time (that’s now three calls over a three week span) and declined their offer of a $25 refund, which I had made clear on each of my previous two calls would not be an acceptable solution to compensate for the work that wasn’t done. Not to mention, at this point, $25 was barely worth the time I had spent on the phone explaining my situation and trying to resolve the issue.

Hate to negatively review local businesses like this, however unfortunately there’s no other recourse....would never recommend to anyone and would certainly never use again.

Pretty much the worst cleaning we've ever paid for. Scheduling was a nightmare, maids not showing up. They were in and out pretty quickly so when we checked around there were dust piles and floor spots, obvious things that should've been cleaned. Not exactly sure how they thought we wouldn't notice...Do not recommend.

I have used Merry Maids for 12 years here on Cape Cod and they always do a FIVE STAR job. They are quick and efficient leaving everything spic and span. Nancy comes most often and does an outstanding job!

Great job! Amanda & Jill were outstanding! They were prompt , thorough , polite and respectful of my home. It looked gorgeous for my company on Labor Day weekend - I think they need a raise!!

we have had the Merry Maids clean our home on Cape Cod since 2016. They have always done a great job and always on time.

We haven't had a complaint about the cleaning since we started using Merry Maids - communication has been excellent, and on the rare occasion we needed something extra the staff were able to help us handle things that would have otherwise required a 5 hour drive on our part. Great service, great communication!

Michael Perry from Perry Properties recently power washed my cement patio. I couldn’t be more pleased. They came when they said they would, were very pleasant, professional and did a fabulous job!

We just bought a beach home in West Yarmouth and we’re nieve rookies trying to rent it out weekly. We needed reliability, timeliness, and quality. We got that and more. The merry maids were doing great. Then we got the vacation renter from hell. Rhonda and Micheal not only do the cleaning but they were the local rental host . They had a few conversations with our vacationer ,and smelled trouble. Rhonda and Micheal went out to personally check the house after they left , and joined their cleaning staff to help them. The place was trashed , the kitchen and bathroom were disgusting. Trash all over the house. Furniture scraped across the wood floor. Bent window screens , Broken trash cabinet.

Micheal fixed our cabinet and screen and helped with the sheets. The home sleeps 12 and these tenants got into the spare linen closet and used up 3 sets of sheets per bed! All 3 sets were dirty . They scrambled and pulled off a miracle to get extra linens and cleaning linen . They informed the next arriving guests that they would come by in the evening to bring them extra just cleaned towels hot from the dryer!
When you are collecting $8k a week for rental you don’t want to hear there was a problem. You want the problem solved.
I read one of their reviews and the lady was complaining about the expense! I don’t mind paying when you get great over the top service.
They averted a disaster and my next vacationer was very happy .

Our tenants in our summer home had moved out and left the place a total mess. I was in dire straits to find a cleaning service on a holiday weekend and Merry Maids in Falmouth came thru with flying colors!! I went online and entered my needs and within an hour Rhonda had text me saying she could have someone there in a few hours. It took so much pressure off of me knowing that we would meet out deadline for showing the house in 5 days.
Outstanding job by Rhonda and her team of Merry Maids. I would use them again in a flash!!!

Cleaned the bathroom well aside from behind the bathroom door and the shower, which they didn’t touch, but that’s about it. They delayed me twice due to staffing issues which deserves sympathy, I did have to vacuum and swiffer once she left and I keep finding more things that I have to clean. Really disappointing service, would not recommend to anyone.

I have used Merry Maids for almost a year. Stephanie is “my” regular, and she is joined by others to make a dynamic duo. She is friendly, efficient, and kind. I would recommend Merry Maids on Cape Cod to anyone

I couldn’t be more pleased with Rhonda and the Merry Maids team! They were so flexible with my schedule and my house looked amazing! The bonus was the fact that they have a handyman on their team who was able to fix some things that needed to be done. Highly, highly recommend!!
