After searching for a long time, I finally found the right cleaning company. The staff at Shining Sea are efficient, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They listen carefully to instructions and work hard. I am a very satisfied customer!

The staff is very professional, easy to communicate with and do not delay replies. For the service that is provided, I highly recommend to others due to reasonably pricing. The office cleaning is done neat and precisely. On top of all, the people are also very friendly and open for follow-up in case it is needed.

Courtney helped out in the kitchen on the day of our micro wedding. We had a ton of moving pieces - from cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres to a buffet dinner - and Courtney managed it all beautifully. Everything came out as planned, at the appropriate temperature, and looking perfect. Courtney made it easy for us to enjoy our day. While she made the job look easy, I know it was a hectic day with a ton of people making the job harder, and I am extremely grateful for her involvement! Couldn’t have done it without her.

I was given Courtney's name as someone to reach out to for cleaning services for my home on the Cape. After speaking with a couple of other people, Courtney was the clear winner. Shining Sea worked with our construction company on a commercial retail store in the Mashpee area. This was phased remodel had them on site a total of 3 times for our project. They were very responsive, easy to schedule with, on-time, did a thorough job and was also very reasonably priced. If we return to this area for construction in the future, we will definitely be reaching out to them for cleaning services.

How can any "Professional" business cancel your standing order of by-weekly cleaning three days before Thanksgiving?!!!! And then say then can no longer service your account! This company better be closing because they are pathetic!! Do not be fooled by a pretty website! It makes me feel like we were a "low-end" client and not worth their time. However!! The poor response time, lack of involvement, get it done and get out attitude, I can not in good conscience recommend Shining Sea Cleaning service! Three days before a house full of people and they cancel!! Any real boss would have come and cleaned it herself. Bad business, dissatisfied customer, thanks for the added stress, too big for your incompetent britches!!

Shining Sea Cleaning has cleaned our cape home for two years. The service is prompt, dependable, and includes expert cleaning. When additional service is needed, the team is flexible and ready to meet our needs. The deep clean service is perfect to start our season, and the routine service often includes out of the box cleaning such as internal microwave wipe down, window sills, and inside the fridge. I will continue to use their service.

We have worked with Shining Sea Cleaning for about the past 5 years. We have been very happy with their work. They are very easy to work with, always very quick to reply to my questions and requests, very flexible and adaptable, and if ever there was something not cleaned as well as our renters expected, they were quick to remedy the issue. We have, on occasion, asked for help with a special project, and they have been happy to help! I would recommend them to others.

Courtney and her crew have done a wonderful job cleaning for us. A bonus - super duper important - is how flexible they have been. Always help us when we have schedule changes, which seem to happen frequently. Also helpful they will come in on Sundays. Love how clean the house looks and smells after Shining Sea Cleaning has been there.

Negative We have been satisfied with Shining Sea until last visit.. The crew of two did not do a good job plus broke a single mount bathroom faucet. Brackets connecting faucet to sink were broken from an impact(leaning on, or falling on to clean mirror?) Courtney did comp the cleaning but took no responsibility to help with the expense of replacing faucet. (2 plumber visits($300.)

I used Shining Sea Cleaning to clean my house and my rental property.
They are always on time, do a good job and charge a fair price. Courtney is always available to answer any questions. She really helped me out when a tenant came a day early. She was there shortly after I called and had the place sparkling. I never had to worry that they wouldn't arrive on time for my turnover cleanings which is a narrow window. I look forward to continuing to work with Courtney.

I liked Courtney, she seemed like a young professional we were happy to have on our cleaning / turnover rental team. I WAS WRONG. We came after they "cleaned" for our own vacation. She knew we were the next guests. The house is worse than pictures here, and her response was even more disappointing. A bath floor mat was wet on top of the new bathroom hutch. Bathroom floors dirty with urine spots and hair. The kitchen sink was not cleaned and the coffee pot was appalling. The carpets were not vacuumed. There was gummy bears and tissues on the floor and laundry left wet in dryer and washer. Linens were supposed to be part of the turnover.
We asked her to stop by to see the work that was done and she was ok with this level of work! "These issues do not seem as alarming to me as they do to you". She did not offer to fix the issues either.
She said "there are always issues with your house"...she has cleaned our house three times, that's it. One time our back cottage lock wouldn't open, we had it resolved quickly and they left and came back and said it was no problem. Our blind was broken with this last renter, she said this was an issue for her? Not sure how a broken blind is a cleaning company issue? I let her know we were the next occupants and would have it fixed right away.
She also refused to refund any money to us for the poor job. We were paying $300 a turnover which is over her $225 baseline for other guests. This was fine for me because attention to detail in this business is key. Reviews are rental owners livelihoods. If a renter was here we would have been in a bad situation.
Now we are going to have to detail and do turnovers ourselves.
She showed no remorse, no apology. Horrible customer service. I WOULD NOT TRUST HER with your rental properties, and if you do... have someone go check the work!! ☹
