Chad Amaral the lead technician was very fast. Jack the supervisor was good. Also Nicki is a good customer service person

Jeff came by and explained what was entailed in replacing the whole drain piping for 1st and 2nd floor bathrooms. His employees were polite and professional and cleaned up at the end of ever day.

So fare Nike was great to work with and I do plan to request to have him come back and do the additional work we discussed.

I don’t know about your plumbing and heating services. But one of your drivers just ran a stop sign at the corner of North St. and Church St. Right after schools let out. Gonna be a horrible advertisement for you guys if one of your drivers runs over a kid in our neighborhood.
