JSP came promptly and worked diligently to fix a problem with our boiler and heating system. They were courteous and efficient. We will definitely use JSP again if we have any plumbing problems.

Woke up one morning with no water and well pump that was dead my husband called Jeff and within an hour JSP plumbing showed up, within hours we had water. We can always count on JSP plumbing and heating for our plumbing needs, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

My furnace stopped working and the house got cold overnight, but I called the next morning and the owner said that his guys would come over that morning in an hour or so, and they did. They diagnosed the problem and had to go to the office to get a part, but they returned and fixed the furnace within a few minutes. Thanks.

Earlier this year in February, I had my combination boiler die on me after a cold snap 2 days before I went out the door for a deployment. It was really the most inconvenient time for that to happen, but JSP plumbing was able to come right out to my house, assess the situation, and come up with a plan to help me replace it. They were able to work with me while I was out of the country and efficiently replace the entire system, as well as an unrelated plumbing issue that I was dealing with. The service they provided, their professionalism, and commitment to their customer service is unparalleled.

I can't say enough good things about JSP. They are my goto plumber for my rental properties because they can work with me and my tenants and make the entire process painless. Will 100% use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing needs

Had JSP Plumbing do a complete bath remodel and all I can say is, "WOW!!!"
They also did a complex gas stove installation for a Wolf stove. Superb work, professionalism, and responsiveness.

We live in a very old 2 family house and had an Inhouse sewer pipe issue. Contacted JSP Plumbing and Heating for an estimate. Jeff came to give us an estimate right away. He was prompt, professional and honest about our issues. Estimate was reasonable. Scheduled the repairs for the following week. His crew was on time , friendly and respectful of our home. They worked hard to repair the old pipes which was not an easy task.We also had them install a water purification filter to alleviate another issue we had with our poor water pressure caused by excessive calcification buildup in our fixtures. Each day they cleaned up and showed up the following day on time. We are very grateful for their expertise and professionalism. We recommend them highly! My elderly father had an issue with his shower and being from out of town I randomly called JSP Plumbing, I requested rapid service as my father was out of his home for a few hours and would be resistant to having a plumber come in. JSP plumbing, was able to accommodate my needs and had Phil rearrange his schedule to repair the problem while my father was out of the house.
Every aspect of my interaction with JSO plumbing was top notch, from the initial call to interactions with the plumber including the very reasonable cost of the visit.
I would highly recommend JSP plumbing to anyone in need of service.

JSP attended to an issue in my bathroom right away! It was my first time using them. They were able to fix the problem by replacing a part. It was expensive for the time spent but I was told it was the part more than the labor. When I googled the cost of the part they were correct.

JSP provided a fast emergency response, competent technicians, thorough answers to my questions, and an honest follow-up consultation with regard to my home's HVAC system and why I should, or just as importantly, should not consider installing a heat pump. They gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision, with zero pressure.

Forget Internet providers claiming home repair response on a holiday. They all woke up late the next morning. Only local JSP Plumbing & Heating scheduler, Nikki responded to my call and dispatched their tech within the hour. Matt diagnosed our broken furnace and had it working in thirty minutes. We still need a new replacement part that was ordered and scheduled for install. Five Stars all around for JSP. They are efficient, have a high level of integrity and reasonable pricing (yes plumbing repairs are not cheep). However loosing heat on a 20 degree day for a senior couple is a serious issue. Finding a reliable supplier is worth every penny.

I’m new to the area - picked them based on reviews and found them to be Awesome ! Over the past year, JSP has provided multiple upgrades for me. After I first moved in, they installed a new water heater and connected a gas dryer and gas fireplace. In early fall, they replaced my furnace and central AC unit with a new heat pump. They have been incredibly consistent with quality of work, staying on target with schedules and overall communication. Service folks are knowledgeable and accurate. With the heat pump install, I qualified for a Mass Save rebate. The gem of JSP is Nicki - she provides the consistent communication thru the service events as well as facilitating the rebate process - she was always making sure we had the updates. JSP is worth a call.

This was our first time dealing with JSP and they were very easy to answer questions. When we had an issue with a defected control they sent a tech even on a Sunday . We would recommend them to everyone.

Had an issue with our exhaust coming off our furnace. JSP returned the day after their diagnostic visit and promptly had our system up and running again. The two men that showed up were very knowledgeable and professional. I can highly recommend JSP!

Always on time, professional and courteous. We had issues with an upgrade to our heating system, issue was with the manufacturer and JSP stuck with it until the problem was solved. Follow up service was also excellent
