We spoke at length with three design/build firms before we started our project. Mitchell Construction impressed us with their organization and communications at the start. Throughout the consults and build their senior team members were here most days, were quick to respond to questions, and ensured we were happy at each stage of the build.

We have been so pleased with this project that today at the sign off, we asked them to handle our next project. They have earned our trust.

You can always count on them to get the job done on time and as you wanted it. Their work is impeccable.

Marc a grown adult was harassing my daughter and driving your truck recklessly on the highway. He endangered her life for no apparent reason. If you allow people like him who clearly have some kind of mental issue then how can anyone trust them to be in their homes, let alone build or repair anything in their home.

There is no doubt that the folks at mitchell are polite and professional. That said, unless you have deep pockets they are not for you. We had many, many things we wanted done, but we understood they could not be done within our budget. We hoped to work with them to sort out what we could accomplish within our budget. We paid 10,000 in good faith that we would receive a plan we could work with. We did receive a thorough, well thought out plan, but it was more than twice our budget!!! They presented another plan, but the price per square foot, the value of what we were getting was exorbitant. The salespersons response was “you may just have to get comfortable spending more money.” As i said earlier, they are not a company that thinks at all about value. If you have endless funds, i imagine they are delightful to work with.

My wife and I had been dealing with the design team at Mitchell Construction Group on an extensive home modification project. I happened to mention we had an immediate need for some relatively minor exterior repairs and was told they had a "small jobs" group. One of the members of that group called the next day and we made an appointment to have MCG personnel come to the house to assess the project. As the repairs needed were hidden within the structure, we decided to proceed with a time and materials contract. Bottom line is that our project was completed on time and at about 60% of the "ballpark" cost! I can't say enough good things about the two carpenters who completed the job. The quality of their work was outstanding, their professionalism onsite shone to the highest degree.

Eddie, Vu, Laurel, Victoria and Mark were all fantastic to work with and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Construction in the past has normally been stressful but throughout the entire process every step was communicated. We can’t wait to do another project with them!

Mitchell Construction did an outstanding job of working with us to personalize the design of a major and highly technical re-model within an historic home. The construction personnel were well-organized, thoughtful and always on time. It was an excellent renovation experience.

Mitchell Const did a major reno for us about 20 yrs ago - and did a great job. We recently had an electric circuit that was frustratingly out (tied to a hidden gfi) and Marc's electrician resolved it for me over the phone.....a huge relief since this circuit has been out for over 5 mos....! My wife and I have been working with the Mitchell team to help us design and build an addition to our home. To cut to the chase, having gone through the kitchen remodel with them, I’d never work with anybody else again. They are complete professionals, with very talented and creative designers and deeply ethical leadership. They do what they say they are going to do, they go the extra mile and they are a complete pleasure to work with. Mitchell Construction Group is a rare find in the design - build world. Work with them- you will be so glad you did.

We used Mitchell for an attic renovation and were thrilled with the process and result. The stars at Mitchell were perfectionists so we didn't have to be. Timelines were extremely transparent and fully adhered to - they were in and out completely on time without sacrificing quality at all. We won't work with anyone else from now on!

Mitchell has completed a number of projects on my home- fixing a screened-in porch, rebuilding a bulkhead, replacing old, intricate trim work that was rotting. All of the work has been done efficiently and to a very high standard. I highly recommend them.
