Claudio and his team have done 4 major home renovation projects for us over the last 2 years and their work is top-notch. The pictures speak for themselves and we could not be happier with the results. Pricing, craftsmanship, time to complete, service and professionalism were outstanding. We will continue to use Claudio and his team for more home renovation projects and we highly recommend them to all others.

From day one working with All Matters Contracting on the rebuild and construction of our new deck has been a wonderful experience.
Claudio and his amazing team came out and explained to us how this complicated rebuild could be done safely efficiently, and for a fair price.
Every single promise they made to us they came thru on and delivered even more.
Never has a construction job gone as smoothly for us as this one. All Matters took charge of procuring all building permits and did a fantastic job of working with the city of Gloucester. Living on the rocky coast made the rebuild more difficult but Harlo and Carlos did an incredible job working in cold and difficult conditions. Their work speaks for itself. The final job looks amazing! We are very happy and have already talked to All Matters about doing other projects.
Everything was done right. We are looking forward to doing more work with All Matters.

All Matters just completed a kitchen renovation for us and they did a great job. John and Allison were great and very helpful and knowledgeable. There were able to open our kitchen space by removing a wall and installing a beam, install new hardwood flooring to seamlessly match existing floors, and install cabinets, tile backsplash, recessed and pendant lighting, appliances, and more. We are very happy with the outcome and that has really transformed our kitchen hugely in just a few weeks.

All Matters did a moderately sized job for me (3rd floor attic space down to studs, then electrical, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry; no plumbing). Crews were professional and kept the space clean, and the end result is fantastic. Very communicative and great to work with.

This is a good company to work with. I had a front porch fully rebuilt this summer (2025). The operation is very professional and projects each have a manager, contractor, carpenter, etc. They handled all aspects of the project with assuredness and well planned execution. Communications were excellent and there were multiple methods available for feedback. I am really pleased with the team and with the work. The total project length was about a month and my spouse and I were included all along the way, sometimes making the process easier and sometimes making it slower. The team at All Matters were never upset and were always helpful and engaged in the process. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Would have been more than happy to give 5 stars but they never completed the few small remaining punchlist items even after sending staff to review (on 3 occasions) what these items were; torn window screen, magnet for closet door, cracks in grout, etc. Simple little things. I was also told that I was to put in excess of 100 lbs of roofing materials into my basement that had been left on my lawn for months, and I am a woman in my 60's

The actual project turned out well though.

I had this company come out to evaluate my basement project, and everything seemed to be moving forward smoothly. But just as we were about to finalize the contract, they suddenly went silent. My calls were ignored, my messages unanswered. After days of trying to reach them, the person I had been working with finally picked up, only to tell me they couldn’t move forward with the agreed-upon terms. Instead, they insisted on reverting to the original, higher price. I was furious—I had invested so much time and energy into this, only to be left with nothing but frustration and disappointment.
