Barrett Tree Service team is amazing. Very detail oriented, made sure to familiarize themselves with our site, understand the challenge of a very narrow driveway and limited space we had to approach the trees that needed to be cut. The team arrived on time, they were very careful when backing in and out of the driveway, and ensured no incident or damage took place. Everything was executed flawlessly and we couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend these company.

We first met with Ryan Andrews, the arborist, who was professional and gave us great advice. The crew pruned our two giant oak trees - cherry pickers and all. They cleaned up and did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!

Barrett has been taking wonderful care of our 150 year old copper beech tree! They did a great job trimming off her dead branches and have been diligently seeing to her health every fall and spring. Alden and the team are keeping a close eye on beech leaf disease and offering every preventive available with the transparency that this is a moving target. We are grateful for the help to see our tree thriving!

I have been using Barrett Tree East for at least 20 years, since the days when Trumbull Barrett himself would typically be on the crew. I always thought very highly of them, and have reviewed them before. My most recent experience exceeded my prior uniformly positive ones, and deserves its own write up.

On 30 December last year, at 4am, in the windstorm some may remember on that day a healthy mature tree in the rear of my neighbors yard gave way at its base and fell across the property line and across much of my house, smashing several skylights and with limbs punching holes in the roof. The skylights were over my bed, but fortunately we were all out of town. The weather was dry with snow predicted on the night of the 31st. My contractor could not board and tarp up the holes without the huge tree being removed. Our house is on a steep grade, above the street, with close spacing to the next houses, and machine access to the rear yard is impossible.

Calling from abroad, I spoke with Keith mid-morning on the 30th, and barely 20 hours later at 7am on the 31st, Barrett's crew showed up with a huge crane, a police detail, and a stellar crew of tree climbers, etc. The tree was removed by just about noon (I was still abroad so not sure) and there was ample time even in the short days for my contractor to cover the holes and prevent water damage on top of it all. The paperwork Keith supplied was impeccable as well, breaking down the services the way the insurance co likes to see it, and full payment for the tree removal is already approved.

Through Barrett (and my contractor) I managed an unfortunate situation from afar, and my family and I are really extremely lucky. Barrett Tree East continues to have my highest possible recommendation. They haven''t slipped an iota in service over many years!

Paulo was quick to come over and immediately assessed the issues with the gutters and downspouts. The following day it rained and all worked well. Highly recommend, top notch professionalism.

I Called Green Monster Gutters and got a hold of Paulo he went out that day and looked at the job and I received a quote that night. The next week I called him and he picked up on second ring and I told him please go ahead and do the job that was on a Tuesday. On Friday product was at the house and job was completed on that Saturday. And invoice was that night and could pay online. I'm local in Medford and called Green Monster because they're right down the street. Paolo and team were amazing to work with, quick, responsive, and did a great job on my roof which needed some new flashing and sealant with the older material have fallen off. Highly recommend these guys for anyone especially locals looking for quality roof and gutter work!

The owner of the company replied immediately to our request of the new gutters and gutter shields. He gave us a very detailed estimate, and the job was done to the perfection. There was a small dent initially in one of the downspouts, but they replaced it promptly. The gutters are working fine.

Green Monster Gutters (Paolo and company) thoroughly cleaned my gutters. They were responsive, coming out on short notice, efficient, and honest. One downspout was hidden behind bushes and so was not cleaned. They returned and not only cleaned this downspout but two others that had clogged since their visit! A pleasure to work with!

I was initially reluctant to use Green Monster Gutters because they have not been in business that long. But I took a chance on them based on the positive online reviews. I am so happy with my decision. Paulo, the owner, is very responsive. I got a quote the same day that I contacted him. His quote was also the lowest out of the three companies I contacted. There are no hidden costs and he doesn’t try to up-sell you. I was afraid that the K-style aluminum gutters would not look as good as the old wood gutters, but the workmanship was top-notch and they look great. I highly recommend Green Monster.

Green Gutters was absolutely fantastic to work with! We recently bought a house back when the weather was poor and so hadn’t noticed during inspection a giant hole where our gutters connect to our roof. In general our gutters were in very rough shape. Based on recommendations from our realtor we reached out to Green Gutters. They came quickly for a quote, which they provided same day and detailed with all the recommended work. The day of the service, they did everything they had quoted, and actually found a few other things that needed fixed which they kindly did free of charge as it wasn’t caught in the original quote. Beyond that we noticed one of the gutter corners appeared to be dropping a week or so after they had done the work. After reaching out to them, they came back out and repaired it again free of charge. They truly went above and beyond for us. We will definitely continue to work with them for all our future gutter maintenance needs!

We've lived with the new gutters Green Monster installed for us about a month now and I just wanted to let you know what a nice job I think this team did.  Certainly, the rain/engineering concerns we had were abated by their functionality, but moreover, the installation is very nice looking!  The team clearly took a lot of care making accommodations for the many moldings and contours of the old victorian house so that the gutters blend seamlessly into the structure - even in places like the front porch pillars they had to install extra downspouts where there were not any before.
