We get our couch cleaned every six months because we have two dogs. The company we have previously used was unavailable so we decided to give MQ a try. When I called I explained I wanted pricing for a couch cleaning and that I would want the sanitize option. The price given to me on the phone was less than half the price the technician quoted us when he arrived. Our couch does not smell different than before. The couch still smells like dog. Since this is a common thing we get done regularly and I know what to expect I was disappointed.
