Hired for simple hedge trimming, Nic did a fantastic job. I also had them remove a pile of trimmings in the backyard and Nic cleared them out plus a bunch of dead leaves and debris. Very satisfied.

Louie and Nick were great. My garden beds look well kept, the remainder of fall leaves are gone, and they even cleaned up branches that fell from a neighboring tree during high winds this week. They were friendly and professional when they asked if everything looked good.

This company is GREAT! Since we’ve moved, we realized our yard is bigger and takes longer to mow than our previous house, so we’d been looking for a great lawn company to depend on and we’re super happy we found Simply Lawn! Just had our first mow and we’re very pleased with the work. Luis and Stephen were very professional and fast! Additionally, we love that they have a customer portal where you can view your schedule, payments, and can submit work requests. Very user friendly, we love it. Finally, when we first got set up and had any questions, Brandon was the one we spoke to and he’s been awesome, great customer service. Definitely looking forward to having more landscaping done by them, lord knows we need it! Thanks guys!

Chaz and Chris did a fantastic job pruning our out-of-control 18’ trees/hedges. They took tremendous care with the job, ensuring they the cut just what we wanted. Pricing was very fair and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Highly recommend!

Hired SIMPLY Land Care Services for pruning of overgrown bushes which I used to do myself. This company earns my 5 Stars - from Beverly the Office Manager, Scott GM/Estimator and Charlie the Landscape Tech. Charlie came out today and was very pleasant to work with. Charlie did an extremely thorough job and left the work site clean. I am very happy with the job. Thank you Charlie! I definitely recommend SIMPLY Lawn Care Services and would use them again!

Nuno and Chaz did a fantastic job trimming back all of the large hedges and bushes around our property. They were kind, professional, thorough and thoughtful in how they went about it. They walked both my huband and I through the work they did and explained where they cut back density, or left some for the health of certain plants. We are very grateful to them for the amazing work they did.

The team of employees who have been working on the property were well trained to work with the equipment they had and we are very happy with the outcome of their work. I loved how easy it was to get a quote and schedule a time for fall clean up. They were very communicative with automated texts and emails so I knew when to expect them and how it would work. Chris and Matt came today to do the leaf blowing and cleaning and they did a great job - they were respectful, efficient and thorough. Thank you!

Started out by receiving the most professional quote we’ve ever seen. EXCELLENT communication and job - from start to finish! Simply was here last Friday. Full full treatment. Chaz, did a great job. I wasn't home and he delivered the work. My lawn took a beating this summer from the heat even with a sprinkler system. Here's hoping this weekends rain and work I'll help the lawn bounce back. Simply has been here multiple times and the work is always high quality. Great staff!!

I love this company and have been using their services for three years. We have a large corner lot with many trees. Scott and his crew do a terrific job with fall and spring cleanup. Chris and Louie worked very hard to rake, blow and vacuum the leaves from our cliff. Thank you and we will hopefully see you for spring cleanup!

Not just Simply Lawn, but Simply the Best! Needed a new landscaper. Again. I did my research. Again. Seeing the same trucks around town and asking for references. Again. Searched online and fell upon Simply Lawn. First impression? Very tech savvy. In today’s world that is big. Great website. Great photo of crew, to familiarize faces. Online pick and choose menu of services requested with descriptions of each service and cost involved. Use of public satellite photos and videos sent in by potential customers looking for estimates. Their response was fast! In person estimates are offered also. Two young men, long time friends Brandon and Scott. Very knowledgeable, articulate, motivated personalities and admirable time efficient work ethics. Their prices are higher compared to my shopping around, but I liked everything about them and went with my gut, sight unseen. Brandon has been my initial go to as my estimator, by website, phone, email, text and video communication w schedule updates and reminders. Last fall, the last guy, no showed on a big project clearing my front yard beds of 6 large evergreen arborvitae with new plantings. Had been scheduled for over a month. No courtesy of communication. No trimming for esthetics. Nothing. When I called him, he said “No time.” I was not happy. I was expecting Simply Lawn’s crew yesterday afternoon to do this. I understand this is a very busy season, so by late afternoon, I was resigned to a reschedule. At 4:30, a truck pulls in. I meet the other Boss! Great personality. Scott apologized for crews’ running late. He chose to come on his own as promised while his crews finished their jobs, bc it was promised!! I had doubts when he showed up alone, for the total removal of SIX arborvitae, 2 of which were overgrown and 15 feet tall. Cutting, removal and digging up root balls! He arrived at 4:30P. He was finished before 6:30 including a few conversations, clean up and packing up equipment! ALONE! He was very patient and helpful w information, including suggestions on low maintenance, hardy new plantings! (See? He knew me already in first conversations!! HAHA!) I can’t wait until it is completed! I did miss the crew that came for my first mow and cleanup, but I look forward to the season! Thank you! Melrose, MA

Luis R. + Mike hustled ALL day bringing my garden beds back to life. They haven't looked this stunning in a very long time. The team weeded meticulously, refreshed our edging, and carefully spread 8 cubic yards of fresh mulch throughout our lengthy beds. Equally important, the company was very responsive as we went back and forth several times to adjust the area to be included in our quote. I'm very pleased with Simply Lawn Care Services and will be happily using them again.

Why would you park and partially block a neighbors driveway. Leaving the paying customers driveway free and clear? I don’t pay for this inconvenience when I get home and finagle my way in. From a professional landscaping provider that is not acceptable

They claim to use the best loom available, if that was true I wouldn't be writing this review. Rocks twigs and debris rose to the top as the loom settled. An unacceptable volume of rocks by any measure. No remedy was offered, just a terse " it will go away".
We "were" one of their oldest customers and to be ignored this way was shocking. My wife and I raked out the rocks and reseeded the lawn. They walked away from 15 years of good will for maybe a $400.00 fix.

Jamie and his team are fantastic. They did a beautiful patio project for me. There were some accessibility challenges with my patio location and it didn’t phase them for a second. Jamie was easy to work with, timely, and had very fair pricing. He didn’t skimp on quality and his attention to all of the details was impeccable. I will definitely call Jamie for any future needs.

My yard is a swimming pool every time it rains more than 20 mins. Had Kingsbury out to put in our stone patio 3-4years ago and my yard has been shot since. He even boasted giving us “drainage” that doesn’t work.
Further more I had to have him come back to replace broken slabs within the first year of installation. This only came after he came sniffing around for money owed from the job that he never finished.
Had to have a different patio company finish the job upon which they said he screwed up the whole direction of pitch from the house.

Jamie and his team did an amazing make-over to our front yard adding more value and curb appeal to our home! From the first consult Jamie was on time as scheduled and the work got done as planned (even after adding a few extras!). They redid the previous walkway and added another directly to the driveway, additionally he added shrubs and perennials to dress up the front of our corner lot. He is also very experienced with irrigation systems so was able to upgrade where needed for the new plantings. A final touch was adding LED walkway and uplight lighting - which is awesome. It was a pleasure working with the whole team including Wendy for scheduling! They are very professional and honest, I would definitely recommend Kingsbury!
