David’s heating and cooling is the BEST! I have been a customer for 25 years. I have lived in 3 locations and they are the only ones I trust to address heating and cooling issues. In each location they have been polite, willing to answer questions, and they left my home even cleaner than it was!!!! They have installed a boiler heating system, and 2 heating & cooling systems for me. In all 3 cases they replaced very old systems. Many of my neighbors have used them as well. There have been no complaints. And their prices were competitive, often thousands of dollars less! The estimate included great name brands.

They also will maintain your systems with yearly maintenance checks.

Worked with David Heating & Cooling this past year after forgetting to get annual service work done on my boiler the past 2 years. They came out and took care of business at an extremely reasonable price and also caught a leak in my Expansion Tank that was on the verge on bursting and costing me significant dollars. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful at the front desk to the technician that came out. Highly recommend

David Heating & Cooling was great! As a new homeowner they were very helpful and answered all of our questions. During our maintenance check they found a few issues with the system and were able to fix them on site! One piece they needed to order and came back the next day to repair. Very pleased and will always be using in the future!

Loved working with Tim. When I first called on a Thursday, with a non-functional ductless AC, we scheduled an appointment for the next week. Turned out that he made the effort to come by the next day to help out. Old AC was dead and we made another appt to install a new heating/cooling unit which was complete just in time for the impending heat wave. Through the entire process, Tim was very professional and responsive, and did and a great job explaining what was going on to someone who knows nothing about Air Conditioners (i.e. Me!). Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend!

I am reupping my review from a few years back because it's still completely accurate! Once again, it was an emergency situation for me (not somethingtheyhad workedon before). It took me too long to write this review. I was likely one of the first clients of Modern Temperature Control. We went over our options and and after doing a lot (I mean A LOT) of research,
we went with a ductless mini-split system for a few rooms.

Fast forward a couple of years later and I call back to have the rest of my home done. We walked through everything. We're talking room size, pricing, placement for efficient air distribution - the works.

So why MTC over others? I got a bunch of quotes and MTC was the one I went with because you can see the team really loves what they do. They're excited about what they do and want to make sure you get what you are looking for They follow up to assure everything is working.

Tim is a true professional and a knowledgeable pro. His company may be newer but he's been in the HVAC business for a long time. He saved us a ton of money by giving us a true and honest diagnosis of the issue with our central air and completed the job in under an hour. I'm sure a lot of other companies would have diagnosed things differently and gladly charged us way more. It's tough finding contractors you can trust. Tim put us at ease after diagnosing our issue swiftly and explained what needed to be done. We highly recommend Tim from Modern Temperature. We needed emergency service on our A/C unit which stopped working in the middle of the heat wave!!! Tim is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us as he was repairing the unit. We had a crash course in HVAC maintenance. Our system is up and running like new, Tim will definitely be our HVAC guy from now on! 2 very happy customers :-)

Modern temp came out right away, the day before a holiday to diagnose. They came back the day after the holiday and fixed the problem, no hassle. They were very easy to work with and were very responsive. They didn’t try to over diagnose our problem like another company was trying to do, this level of honesty is admirable. Modern temp paid attention to the little details and tried to solve the issue with basic problem solving! I would highly recommend this company because they were easy to deal with, they were honest, and paid attention to details! Thanks for ever.

It’s easy to say that a place is great and then have absolutely no context, but this company is the exception. I had never even heard of them but only happened on them by accident. They not only got my central AC up and running when other “$79 tune up” company scams wouldn’t even LOOK at it and said the whole system needed to be replaced. They didn’t sit there trying to sell me maintenance plans or any of that other nonsense. They just arrived, spoke to me plainly about the situation, and identified the issue and corrected it, all within a reasonable service cost. How often do you have a business transaction you can honestly say that about nowadays?

Highly, highly recommended, and I now freeze where I was sweating before I found them!

He is very good at working within our schedule & budget. He arrives on time, is extremely professional, reasonably priced within the market, and he has even come in, in the middle of the night when we were in a pinch!

He always follows up after every service to make sure everything is running correctly, and checks in to make sure we are all good if he hasn't heard from us.

Currently we're on a service plan for general maintenance for our refrigeration & HVAC and it has worked out really well for us!

My blower motor went on a 19degree morning. Tim came over took out the motor left got another motor came back and voila it was fixed had a reasonable price. I am relieved and happy! Thank you Tim

If you have HVAC issues you need to contact Modern Temp Control!!!!! Tim was awesome!!! He was on time, very knowledgeable and was able to find a leak another HVAC contractor was out 3 times and could not locate. Tim invest’s a lot of time and money on the most advanced tools and training to make sure he can provide the best service possible and it showed. I was having issue at my house for 3 years since my system was installed. I called the HVAC installing contractor who couldn’t fix their own issues so I gave up on them and called Modern temp and I’m glad I did. My system is now running better than it ever has thanks to Tim. I would give him more than 5 starts if I could.
