I have been a customer of Sav A Tree for over 15 years. I originally had them as a vendor in my professional life taking care of hemlocks. I then hired them for my home where they originally saved my hemlocks and now take care of my crab apple and cherry trees. These all continue to thrive because of the fine work Sav A Tree does. Particularly Ben Duggle who is an ultimate professional as well as a very good arborist. They just did a winter trimming of my apple tree and the crew did a wonderful job. Trimming, set up, and clean up was done professionally with no disruption to us or neighbors. I would not hesitate to hire them for both arborist services and tree work.

Great work! Kyle and his crew, Dylan and Will, came through! From the office staff and all - a professional operation. Dylan and Will did a beautiful job trimming our dogwoods and removing and pruning other trees. They were extremely efficient and neat. Highly recommended for a decent price as well.

Ben Dugdale is a super knowledgeable arborist and extremely professional and personable, as are his team of technicians. They sprayed some of my hemlocks to kill scale, and because it rained later that day, made a point of coming back to retreat the trees.

They are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of lawn, tree and shrub care and do a great job. They have never left my property without asking me if I am satisfied with their job. My neighbors are very complimentary of how my lawn, shrubs, and 2 dogwood trees look like.

We are very pleased with Kyle (the consult lead) and Jackson (the treatment technician). Both were very thorough, provided in depth answers to our questions (and I had many), and were courteous and professional.

Dean thoroughly explained the hows and whys about my questions concerning my trees- pruning,treating, etc. in a very clear manner without any pressure. The young man who came to deep fertilize was thorough, kind and considerate of my crowded gardens.

The SavATree team does a great job pruning our trees during the winter season. The arborist, Ben Dugdale, stops by our house for an initial assessment and any additional work needed. He then sends an estimate for our approval. He schedules the work and checks in with you the day the working crew is coming to our house. The work is done very efficiently, leaving no trace. The trees look great, well shaped, and grow nicely in the spring.

SavATree has been an awesome company to deal with. They have always checkin with us in the spring and final treatment in the fall. Always left treatment notices on the door. My lawn has looked great using savATree. Unfortunately we are moving if you have a branch in or near Hudson Nh please let us know. We just moved into a home in Beverly and have a lot with some beautiful and very old trees. The previous owners had used SavATree to take good care of these trees. Today John Duffy and his crew, Kevin and Ivan came to trim some of the trees and remove a dead one. They were very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with them to maintain this property which had been lovingly maintained for over 50 years by the previous owners.

It took a while to get them here, but Benjamin Dugdale and team were fabulous: efficient, communicative, and most importantly, kind to the tree.

What a great team. We live in a very tight neighborhood in Marblehead and Ben and his team were experts trimming and removal of everything. Great attention to detail, safety of their workers and out property was a I high priority.

We can't say enough about Ben Dugdale and his Savatree Middleton crew! We've been long-standing customers of theirs, always happy with Ben doing bi-annual tree audits on our property and getting the team in to do prudent and necessary cutting and pruning to ensure the health of the trees and safety for property and people. But the true test was when we got slammed by a giant Norway Maple during the nor'easter on October 16th. And these guys really came through for us. The tree crashed squarely on the roof of our addition, crushing our gas stove pipe and bathroom stack pipe, denting our gutters, clipping the cedar fence, the our roof, etc. To say it was a tough extraction is to understate. But Ben, who came out to evaluate almost as soon as we called, and gave us a very reasonable estimate, sent out a crew of three with amazing Jeremy at the helm. Jeremy worked the bucket lift with jaw-dropping skill and ease. He's also an adroit tree climber and tackled an adjoining tree to anchor its fallen brother so it wouldn't kick back and do more damage. He deftly maneuvered over the roof, in and around, down, up and under the felled tree, cutting it up with the precision of a skilled surgeon and removing the tree so that you'd never, ever know it had been there. We are so grateful to Ben, Savatree Middleton and fearless Jeremy and his crew of two. Needless to say, we recommend them without reservation.

The entire experience starting with Kyle coming to give me a recommendation and estimate was perfect. He came back on the day of the job and set up the crew. Kevin and Dylan were true professionals and worked very hard in the heat. They left the property in perfect condition. Would highly recommend them for any tree need you may have.

SavATree was great to work with. Got an appointment for an estimate to spray my scale infested trees. Quote was reasonable. Got an appointment for spraying a two days later, which was quick. The technician came earlier than quoted and was very professional. I would recommend this company to all.

I rely on SavATree because I want their tree trimming, pruning, and cabling to be what is best for the trees, both to protect my property and to preserve the health and longevity of the trees. The crew in particular Kevin had strong opinions about why he did what he did on each tree. Easy to understand and created feeling of being in the process and sets expectations for the tree 1-3 years out. Excellent communication. The tree care does seem expensive when you think of it on a time and materials basis. But I understand we are getting knowledge and it is also paying for the “free proposal” so we need more experience to judge the pricing. For this first year we know we got good work.

Kyle is very knowledgeable. He gave me great advice and helped me get on a decent property management path. The guys were also great in the execution of this year’s plan.

After my third season with SavATree, I continue to have many trees dying and my lawn looks terrible. Very disappointing.

Lots of excuses; soil too wet, too dry, desease, winter too cold, summer too hot, etc. Stick to cutting trees down and change the name of your company.

Excellent service! Not only did they save our two front trees, but also removed feet of snow from our roof and deck. AND, cleared a path to the grill!
