The people that work at Peabody Huggins were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional.

Their work truck was speeding down our road and not paying any attention to the 25mph speed limit in a thickly settled area. Slow down!

Joe is Great and always communicates any issues and repairs.

The plumbers were very professional and accommodating. Our water heater failed, and they got us back up and running the same day.

Unprofessional. Installation went way over the length of time. Made an appointment for maintenance they never showed up. They never gave any direction on how to use or maintain the system. They never gave me any of the user's manuals. Absolutely horrendous and I actually never post this type of stuff I would never recommend them to anyone.

Earl was on time, efficient, and showed us exactly what the problem was. He was neat, and when he was done working it was like no one had even been in the house. Very high level of service.

The loose conduit has been tied.
No unit testing was done. We've used only two of the units have recently used for the first time since installation. It appears there is a large capacity for cooling even in the hottest weather.

Apartment building set up. Downstairs neighbor scheduled appointment, they allowed them to leave and stuck me with the bill, which seemed high and charges for an hour and a half when they spent maybe 10 minutes in my place.
More of a dispute with the neighbor than these guys, they’re probably great in a home setting not for apartment/condo buildings

They did a great job. So personable both of them and explained exactly what the problem was and how they fixed it. We will def be using them for any future problems and will recommend them to anybody in our neighborhood that has any plumbing problems. We were very impressed

two plumers showed up to bleed my air bound bioler said i was all set $225 was reasonable after they left an error code showed up on my bioler i called they said get somebody else i did and this plummer was extreemely knowledgable i bled it no problem iwould not trust the first two plumers with my tiolet

Our HVAC system went down last week during the height of the bitter cold spell. Steve Huggins and his entire team did a fabulous job replacing our system and getting our heat back on extraordinarily quickly.
