Absolute Precision is our first call for plumbing and HVAC. We’ve used them three times, and every time they were reliable, honest, and hardworking. Bryan, their plumbing lead, takes pride in his work, never leaves a mess, is professional, and willing to answer all my questions honestly.

The HVAC technician was able to help us get another year out of our dinosaur AC- and was also great person to work with.

The company is small so there was no revolving door of different people in our house. The owner is quick to respond. I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t want or need.

We are thankful to have found them.

Called Absolute Precision this morning and they were here within a couple hours! Bryan did a fantastic job diagnosing the leak under our kitchen sink and had it fixed in record time. He was personable and professional. I will absolutely be calling Absolute Precision for our plumbing needs in the future.

UPDATE: We have since had Absolute Precision to our house for 3 separate issues. All of which were resolved the same day we called. Really appreciate the work Bryan!

Bryan came and replaced an outdoor water hose for us. He was on time, well knowledgeable, and did great work. He also was able to give us some ideas on items that we'll be looking at for future projects. 100% would recommend.

I highly recommend Absolute Precision! They were able to send a service technician to my house within a few hours of me calling. Brad S was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed the issue I was having with my sump pump and offered suggestions to help get rid of moisture in my basement. In my opinion he went above and beyond.

Absolute installed a new Burnham Alpine HE gas furnace and indirect water heater a few months ago. Great job by the team in the work they did and the products they recommended. The site was left very clean and the system is working fantastic. Highly recommended and deeply experienced professionals.

Never a good time for the hot water heater to go, especially in a house of 6. Called Ken at 7:15 am and he was able to have guys over by early afternoon! The guys were friendly and professional. Job was well done at a fair price. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Absolute Precision plumbing and heating.

I chose this company to install my heating system. I removed an old forced hot air system and added baseboards with an indirect hot water heater. Initially the company owner was very responsive and helpful. He made recommendations as well before and throughout the installation. Customer service wise, I have no complaints against this company.

The reason for the bad review is the quality of work and the attention to detail. It was clear that only one of the workers was actually a professional, and even he did some sloppy work by the boiler. The others seemed as if they were training on the job, just very sloppy work overall (as you can see from some of the pictures).

The system is only 1 year or so old and every day I notice new things that bug me about this installation. For example: the pex pipes are not always attached to the joists with clips. I have sections that are just hanging loose because they did not use clips to secure. I told the owner before starting the work that I need to see everything neatly installed. Didn’t happen. The rookie plumbers just took the shortest path as if to save pex piping. The copper pipes by the boiler are also not installed straight. It just looks awful. My other complaint is that prior to starting the work, the owner said they do maintenance as well. One year later when I called, he said he has no staff to do this. To complete a $17k project he had staff. For $200 maintenance, I guess it wasn’t worth his time.

In my opinion, some of these positive reviews seem inflated. Definitely not 5 star quality of work, sorry Ken.

Bryan was so knowledgeable, professional, kind and listened to all of my plumbing concerns when he came to find the issue. He was thorough and explained everything including options so well so I could be confident in how I wanted to proceed to address the leak in my house. Highly recommend everyone there… they have been servicing all my plumbing and heating needs for over 10 years!!
