Update (for mini split installation) Bradley and his team were excellent. They installed the units and condensers with real care and precision. Everything was placed thoughtfully, and the piping was run in a way that looks clean and unobtrusive on the house. The system is whisper quiet, and the full-home upgrade has already made a big difference. We’re getting great air conditioning now and looking forward to efficient heating this winter. Still very happy and would recommend them without hesitation.

Bryan and his company are the kind of professionals you hope to find but rarely do. After months of frustration with a big-name company that gave me the runaround on a boiler repair, Bryan showed up in his van and had it fixed in just a few hours. He took the time to check the plumbing throughout the house, explained everything clearly, and gave honest advice—pointing out what actually needed attention and what didn’t. Someone else could have taken advantage of our lack of expertise, but he was upfront and fair. We’ll absolutely be using his company for future upgrades. If you need a reliable plumbing/heating/cooling professional, this is the team to call!

Bryan from Absolute Precision came to help us install our washer and dryer. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and had so many helpful tips about how to maintain the plumbing. He also leveled the washer, showed me how best to clean/maintain it and even cleaned under the old one when I needed to run out to do a quick errand because, as he said “that’s what I’d want done at my house”. This is the second time he’s come out for a service call and he was just as great the first time. When he steps through the door I know I’m going to get thoughtful, high quality service. We’ll definitely use this company again.

Bryan arrived promptly, got the dishwasher installed beautifully, correctly, and was helpful throughout. He explained all the charges beforehand and was a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely use them again.

Bryan, a rock star at Absolute Precision, did a great job again. He warned me that pedestal sinks typically take a lot of work to repair because it’s difficult to reach the parts. He told me there was a small chance he could repair it without taking everything apart and he ended up being able to do that and save us time and money on the repair. On top of that, he’s a really personable guy. It’s always a pleasure working with him.

Our water heater was past its life expectancy. We called Absolute Precision, whom we had previously used to service our furnace. Their plumbing technician, Bryan, arrived promptly, and replaced the tank the very same day. We are very pleased with his professionalism , and highly recommend Absolute Precision, and will use them again in the future.

What a life saver! I placed an emergency call because a valve was leaking and my water had to be turned off!. Absolute Precision returned my call within 5 min and had Bryan at my door within 2 hours. He did an amazing job. Not only did complete the repair quickly, he reviewed my system for other work that may be needed. Beyond all of that, he was polite and, kind (my basement was a mess!) I would recommend Absolute Precision / Bryan in the future!

My water heater let go and had water in my finished basement. Absolute Precision Plumbing and Heating returned my call in 10 minutes. We had used them before and were very happy with their service and pricing. Briyan was out with a replacement water heater within an hour. His work was extremely professional and he provided a number of tips I’ve shared already. I cannot thank him enough. They have become my go to company for all future needs.

My kitchen renovation wasn’t complete until I had Bryan visit to install my sink, faucet, gas stove and refrigerator water line
He was very thorough and dedicated even staying late in the day to ensure everything was completed in one call
He made sure to test every single connection and appliance to be satisfied that everything worked
He even made sure all my bathroom sinks, tubs and showers were working smoothly after the house water supply was turned back on
Along the way he gave me great tips on how my new equipment worked and how I could avoid future problems like clogging

Ken, Brad and team are great. Always responsive, take their time with customers, very experienced, and great guys as well.

We've been customers of Absolute Precision for 10+ years. All started with having my entire heating system replaced the first week in January something like 2016. Very cold. Ken and team got it done. As promised. From there we've asked them to do the annual service calls and the occasional other needs that pop up. Very easy to get a hold of them, they respond right back, and I know they are very busy but always seems like they make time for us.

Bryan at Absolute Precision installed an automatic whole home smart water shut-off device, the Flo by Moen, for water leak detection. Communication was great and the installation was efficient and clean. Bryan communicated on all steps and helped with setup of the device. I have used Ken and his team at Absolute Precision for several years, and could not recommend them more. Installation of the device will also reduce my home insurance premium year over year, pays for itself.

I had a great experience working with Absolute Precision for my mini-split heat pump installation. Ken came out to walk through the house and recommended size and placement of the units. I had my written estimate with a great price the next day.
His installation crew was very professional, neat, clean, and courteous. They did a great job of working around existing obstacles on the exterior of the house, and kept the new lines straight and tight. Very happy with the finished look on both the exterior and interior.
Ken even took it a step further by registering the new equipment with the manufacturer and activating the warranty for me.
Very satisfied with the whole team and would recommend them for your mini-split installation. They are also registered as a licensed installer with the MassSave program, so filing for a rebate online was easy.
