    Not a real company! I was hesitant to contact based on the address and no website, but due to the overwhelming positive reviews, I decided to call. I spoke with someone that took down all of my information and said a service manager would be in touch with me soon. Several hours later I was bombarded by 5 different companies saying they saw my ad on Angie looking for a repair. This "company" is simply putting your info in an ad on Angie, which I did not consent to, and easily could have done this myself if that's what I wanted to do.

    My secondary refrigerator is broken, the light comes on and you can hear it running but it does not cool anything in either half of the refrigerator. I have been searching for someone to look at it and hopefully fix it for some time. Angi's list resulted in a fixed price quote of over $450 and this quote was NOT based on coming to my house and looking at the refrigerator, it was based on my description of the problem online AND this quote needed to be paid before they would schedule the appointment. A search of companies online brought me to M F D Appliance repair. My first reaction was one of skepticism because the picture associated with the company is of Lowe's in Milford, as is the address, but not the phone number. And there were only 5 reviews with the most recent one being from a year ago. I found something on the site saying that they are inside Lowe's , but I have been going there since it opened over 20 years ago and I have never seen signs of a repair company working out of there and have bought appliances from Lowe's and the installation was farmed out to companies other than M F D Appliance Repair. ( But maybe I have somehow overlooked it in all the time I have been going there. ) When I called the number I discovered that it is from Brockton not Milford and when the woman answered she immediately asked me to hold. About 2 minutes later she came on the line, took my information and description of the problem, then told me her supervisor would call me back, that was 7 hours ago. What do they have SO MANY customer's that a supervisor is too busy to call me in 7 hours, but then why are they situated in Lowe's instead of their own place and why only 5 reviews and none more recent than a year ago??????????
