I hired Windle Construction to replace and repair a drainage pipe running across my property, but the job was not completed as agreed. Instead of removing the old pipe, Chris installed a new one alongside it. When I brought this up, I was told it was either forgotten or never discussed, which was frustrating given the scope of the project.
I made multiple attempts to have the issue corrected, but communication eventually stopped and I was left without a resolution.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting all details clearly documented in writing and double-checking that expectations are fully understood before work begins.
