Following recent winter storms, a lot of snow piled up on my deck at the rear of my house. When the snow melted, it was discovered that, due to the weight and moisture of the snowpack, the structure of the bay window that the deck had been bolted to for support had failed, and the deck had pulled away from the house and was sagging. I contacted JFCPros and in one day, both Joe Chaves and Fran Majovski were at my house to assess the damage and provide me with both a quote and a safety report. Both reports were highly valuable when I provided them to my insurance company upon submittal of my claim.

Joe provided me with a fair quote for the work involved to repair and restore my house and deck, and was able to get started almost immediately. Two of his workers were at my home for long hours each day and completed all of the work in just one week.

The work was completed in an excellent fashion, and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. JFCPros are fully licensed and qualified to perform large jobs. This was only a relatively small repair job, but it was tackled immediately and completed with excellent results. I would certainly recommend JFCPros to anyone needing home repair or if in need of a much larger construction project.
