Can't say enough good things about Eric! He came within a couple of hours on Christmas Eve and really saved the day. He knew the problem right away, explained everything, and was so considerate and conscientious. We're already planning to do (actually planned/not emergency!) projects with him. Incredibly grateful to have found him.

Eric responded to my emergency, broken shower handle can't shower, in a few hours. Reasonably priced, and courteous, I thank you for a job well done.

Eric save us from a pipe burst do to the cold weather we’re having. he is very knowledgeable and quick on his feet. Called Eric's company for a (very unplanned) gas-oven installation, and to say that the service was exemplary would be a real understatement: he replied literally as I was leaving a message for him, fit me into a very busy schedule the same day, and not only followed up on the installation but came by personally to inspect the work after it was done and make sure everything was functioning properly and safely. He also managed to help fix a running toilet on his way out. The guy is less handy-man than superman when it comes to fixing problems - I recommend him and his company enthusiastically and will definitely call him back for any future work that needs to be done.

I encountered a problem with my irrigation Pressure Vacuum Breaker that was leaking water due to a crack.
I submitted an online request to Quality Deluxe LLC to setup an appointment to have the PVB replaced.
I immediately rec'd back a reply from Eric, the owner of the company with a quote and appointment time. Eric showed up promptly the next day as scheduled. The nineteen yr. old PVB was replaced along with new piping and fittings. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the price was very reasonable. Eric, who was very polite and courteous and was very easy to work with. He also took the time to give me some pointers about the new unit that was installed. I will recommend Quality Deluxe to others and will definitely call upon the company in the future.

I found Eric through happenstance on Thumbtack, and I've always been impressed by how professional he and his team are. Eric takes time to answer questions and clarify everything with you to make sure he and his guys know what's going on, which is fantastic to deal with as a client. Eric always wants to make sure things are done correctly, and is willing to go out of his way to right any wrongs as well.

I’ve hired Eric and his crew twice now. Both times he answered the phone right away and showed up when he said he would (within 24 hours). Eric explained exactly what would be done, the cost and followed through.

I have finally found a plumber who shows up, does excellent work, has reasonable pricing, and is so friendly, he becomes part of the family! I hired Eric to upgrade a pipe so I could have an irrigation system installed. When the 60 year old town pipe burst from years of corrosion, he remained calm and handled it. He and his crew of Drew and Monty worked in a low, dark crawlspace, but they got the job done and never lost their sense of humor. The backflow they installed on the front of my house is a work of art.

But wait, there’s more! When the boiler in my son’s house started leaking, I called Eric and he was there that day! I absolutely recommend Quality Deluxe. They are “Always there for you.”

Eric was quick to respond and got me in the next day after posting the project on thumbtack.

He was very professional, friendly and I was more than confident that he'd do a great job with his previous work that you can see on here as well as the thumbtack app.

I won't think twice if I need someone for any future needs than to reach out to Eric first.

We had a problem with our bathtub drain leaking into our basement and Quality Delux did a great job fixing the issue. They first tried to be economical for us, to save some money but the issue was more complicated than that. After coming out a second time the issue was no more, and Eric the owner was super reasonable on the phone about pricing. Would highly recommend their services!

Eric and his team have helped me twice over the last year - once to repair a frozen and busted pipe to outdoor faucet (which they did the same day i called!) and once to replace baseboard forced water heating units in one room and remove one section so that I could replace a window with a door. Both jobs were very well done, and the team are all very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend!

We lost something very small, expensive, and hard to see in the toilet.
