Eric was great. He found the problem right away and he was a pleasure to deal with. Very punctual and pricing was reasonable. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

Eric and his guys were very responsive to fix my hot water heater. I even have a rare system with a booster tank that they were able to figure out and install within a reasonable time. Great reliable guys, would definitely use again!

Over the course of 2 years, I have had Eric and his crew at my house for different repairs and installation work. Of the services provided, I had them for a sewage pipe, then for rerouting my gas pipe. I remember them coming one time at 11 p.m. to correct an installation done by someone else. They were always very punctual, provided high quality and cost effective professional plumbing service.
By the way, my toddler son wants to leave with them every time.
I would highly recommend Quality Deluxe Plumbing.

I used Quality deluxe for 2.5 bath remodeling and they did a fantastic job. I had hired another contractor on Thumbtack initially who didn’t do a good job and caused a leak on the ceiling below. I contacted Quality deluxe and Eric was able to accommodate me in his already busy schedule as I wanted to get the job done before I moved in. Eric and team were very flexible, thorough professionals and did a great job with installing new bath tub & shower stall. The contractor that Eric hired (Nathan) also did an amazing job with the remodeling. I couldn’t be happier with the bathroom remodels and I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing related issues or bathroom remodeling! Thank you!

On Friday 05/26, I contacted Eric due to a clogged kitchen sink. Unbeknownst to him, this occurred the day before our son's graduation party. Within an hour, there was someone at our door and within about 2 hours, an extremely clogged pipe was cleared, in time for me to start prepping for the party. Eric and his team are awesome. Their promptness, communication, efficiency of their work and their professionalism, made what could have been a weekend ruining situation a non-factor. Thank you again Eric!

These guys were great: communicative, on time and able to come over rapidly to fix our leaking bathtub situation. The best part was that the owner, Eric, subcontracts with a handyman who came within a few days to repair and paint the drywall that needed to be removed. (This was completely optional but super convenient.) We’ll definitely call on them for any future plumbing issues!

First time using this company, I call Eric on Sunday about my hot water heater not work he was scheduled to come by Monday. Eric called me Sunday afternoon if he could look at the water heater before ordering a new, I told yes. He came over look at the water heater found the problem and fix it. I thought that was awesome. Eric is fantastic! He kindly offered me some advice while I looking confused in the aisles of Home Depot. I ended up hiring him to do the job after I fully understood what it would entail to do it correctly. He was prompt, courteous, professional and warm. What I loved most was that he was so proud, eager, confident and enthusiastic about showing me what he was doing and why. He solved our problem on a holiday weekend! I would definitely use him again for any project.

I found Eric and took a chance on him, and I am so glad that I did! He was timely and responsive to all my needs. He worked with myself and the city to explain the hot water heater accident. I had an emergency and my water heater burst and flooded my basement. I called a couple other, but got no response, I Called Quality Deluxe and talked to Eric and received immediate service. Eric was very courteous and professional. It was the end of the day and Eric had a new water heater ordered and installed the same day. The price was very reasonable. We were recommended by a friend to contact Eric at Quality Deluxe to replace our broken water heater. After receiving quotes from 5 other companies, Eric provided incredible quality and value for our installation.

Every other quote fell into one of two categories: 1) high quality installations with professional hardware, but were also expensive; and 2) cheap installations, but with bare budget commodity systems.

Quality Deluxe was the only company that provided both professional equipment and an amazing price. We can tell that Eric takes great pride in his work, and will only install the best equipment; never sacrificing workmanship or installing subpar equipment to save a quick buck.

We are absolutely satisfied with the work performed, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

We discovered a leak coming from our bathroom and damaging the ceiling below late Saturday. Quality Deluxe has great reviews and we reached out and Eric was here within an hour of speaking to him. He was able to assess the issue, fix it and able to get one of his colleagues to come patch up the hole so we only have to deal with one company. Eric is very knowledgeable and was able to also give us some recommendations for our heating system. We will definitely be using Quality Deluxe for future work on our home.

Eric showed up very quickly after I called, and got right to work on the issues we had. He made sure to show me exactly what needed to be fixed and what he planned to do so that I was sure that I wanted the service before he fixed it. Very professional and very efficient, especially considering he was working solo that day. Definitely recommend this company, and will be contacting them again if need be.

Eric and his team are very professional. I have been using their services for the past 3 years. We've had outdoor shower issues and have had the need to get it fixed before our tenants check in. They have short lead times and ensure that the job performed is always perfect. Would highly recommend!

Eric was so great - he came same day within a couple hours of my call. He repaired the pipe leak in our heating system and made sure it was running properly before leaving. Definitely recommend and would call again if needed.

What can I say?! My husband and I are extremely pleased with Eric, his professionalism, honesty and quality of work. Eric came on an urgent call and was so gracious to take on "my honey to do list." Eric and his team are amazing. My pipes burst on the coldest day of the year and he came out and fixed my issue promptly! He did great work. He was able diagnose what the issue was quickly and was able to repair the burst pipes within a short amount of time. I will definitely be using Eric's services again in the future.

Eric answered his phone right away at 9:00pm on a Friday night, and was over about an hour later to secure a bad leak for the night. He came Saturday morning with the parts to make a proper repair. He is very helpful and patient, even late at night on a weekend. Great service!

He quickly found the water leak and fixed the issue, despite my basement turning into a small swimming pool.
