Excellent job, late on the review. 2022 heater is still working no problems. Going to call for another job, I trust this company to give me a fair price and do quality work.

My hot water heater died on Sunday evening. I called Quality Deluxe after a Google search for area plumbing repair. Eric picked up immediately and listened to my description of the problem and advised me that I might need a replacement unit. He came out to inspect it first thing Monday morning to make sure that it wasn’t a simpler issue and that I actually needed a new water heater. He ordered a larger (50 gallon to replace 40 gallon), higher quality model which was delivered very quickly. By a little after lunchtime on Monday we had hot water again. Eric explained a few things about how long to expect a heater to last and what we can do to extend the lifespan. Great customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Eric was great! We needed a plumber ASAP, and he came over quickly, identified the issue, and took care of the problem in no time. And since he made such quick work of things, he was able to address another issue we were having. Eric is now our plumber going forward!

Eric is amazing! My elderly parents had no heat and Eric dropped what he was doing to help service their boiler. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue, reaching out to colleagues and working long hours to solve my parent’s issue. Highly recommended!!! He’s my new plumber!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Four hours late to the appointment. After repair told us the cost would be $600 which is 350 more than it should have been tried to bargain with us when we expressed shock at the price. Told us the cost of the part was $200 when the highest price online is $80 basically tried to scam us. Watch out for this guy.. He is not honest and I hope that the repair he did was a good quality but I don’t have any faith that it was.

This is total scam. These people took my money and 6 month later they still didn’t finish the project which supposed to be done in 100 days. They hire subcontractors, and never paid them, even though I paid everything according to schedule. They bought materials using my credit card and now refusing to deliver those. Subcontractors now demanding a pay, which I already paid to these scammers from Quality Deluxe.
I was living without heat from October to January. I also didn’t have window and sliding door installed from September to December. The window and the door were only ordered at the end of November. Think about my electric bill when I had to run 8 space heaters to maintain temperature 50F maximum.
Run. Run fast. They are absolutely dishonest people.

Cannot recommend for any project. Our bathroom remodel took 1.25 years longer than promised with MUCH chasing the contractor to get things done. Apparently, the contractor does not pay the sub-contractors on a regular basis and has a bad reputation. The contractor did not supervise any of the teams sent. All carpenters and plumbers were unskilled. However, the tile installer and electrician were skilled.

Update: I don’t recommend engaging with this “plumber”. The filter Eric installed started leaking from the fitting, I’ve tried emailing, calling, SMS, the person doesn’t own his work or warranty.

Great work by Eric! He installed a water filter and gas line for outdoors grill. Will definitely use his service in the future for small works as well as construction.
