Proto Home Service replaced indirect water heater next day. Upgrade all the pipings. Did a good job and is responsive in communication. I would recommend the service.

Had a broken outdoor spigot unable to turn off during the evening this week. Called Proto and within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail, Ody called me back and was able to come by to cap the spigot. Peri and Ody returned the next day to fully replace the spigot, and installed a more accessible shut-off valve as well. Both were very professional and helped by explaining the work they were doing. Happy to have had the job done right! Will definitely continue to request their services in the future.

I had a pipe burst Saturday night. I called them Sunday morning and they sent someone out in a couple of hours, earlier than I was told! This was great because we had to turn off our water supply. The serviceman was polite and efficient. He took care of the issue and both explained and showed me how it was resolved. He also checked the water pressure and left the area in good shape. We will definitely use this company again but hopefully not because of another emergency!

My furnace unit suddenly stopped working and I needed to get it repaired. I called Proto Plumbing & Heating and they came to my house at a moment's notice.
