Reviews of local pros in Milton, Massachusetts

Truly the best! When our water heater flooded the basement, Proto Plumbing was the first to respond—even on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. They prioritized us immediately. The owner personally walked us through our options and gave us a recommendation that truly suited our needs. What could have been a disaster turned into a smooth, reasonably priced job with outstanding service. We were referred by a neighbor, and I hope this review helps the next homeowner in need of honest, reliable plumbing. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Excellent response time and resolved an issue with a broken heating system that other companies could not. They also repaired a major leak from a burst pipe and were incredible. Very thorough, professional and efficient. Would 100% recommend them

I recently had the pleasure of working with Proto Plumbing for the complete plumbing installation on my new construction home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled.

They handled everything from rough-ins to final fixtures with precision and care. The attention to detail was evident throughout the project, and they took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. They stayed on schedule, worked seamlessly with other contractors, and ensured everything was up to code.

The quality of the work truly speaks for itself — everything functions flawlessly, and the finish is clean and modern. I feel confident knowing the plumbing in my home was done right the first time.

I would highly recommend Proto Plumbing to anyone building a new home or needing plumbing services. Outstanding service and craftsmanship!

My boiler stopped heating on a cold early Sunday. I reached out to Peri in the morning. He came over to diagnose and fixed the issue in the afternoon. He was professional, walked me through the safety checks, and made sure everything was working before leaving. The price is reasonable. Highly recommend this company and I would use them again.
