I had a very good experience with them. I would gladly purchase another home from Thonrdike Development if and when in need of another property.

Every appliance and cabinetry we have bought with our new condo through Thorndike has a problem. Maybe sold us seconds during covid time.

Heating & AC units were discontinued long before start of development with know defects. These units failed multiple times in our development causing an increased costs to me and others. 2and a half years later 15 of our 30 units in our buildings have had to completely replace heating & A/C units. We've had multiple complaints about other issues with Thorndike that have not been resolved to the customers satisfactions.

Thorndike Development is top quality construction. I purchased a condo at one of their latest complexes - Larkwood in Raynham. The sales manager Scott put me at ease - so knowledgeable, well informed and customer focused. Scott kept me informed throughout the purchase and construction process. I would highly recommend checking out the current Thorndike Development projects ready for purchase - Larkwood in Raynham, Alden's Reach in Plymouth and Featherwinds in Halifax.
