We had a HUGE project to do at our home and called Grass Gurus to help with the work. This was a 75x30 sod removal on an extremely steep front yard. Not only did they break down the prices of the work but Ben went out of his way to help design the layout. He even included the different types of plantings, mulch, and shapes we could have gone with. Their efforts didn’t stop there though, he truly went above and beyond by creating a digital rendering on his computer so we could see exactly what we would be getting before the work started.

I am in real estate and would refer Grass Gurus to any of my clients. I am extremely happy with their services and wish I found out about this company years ago.

I had Ben and Cory come in to spread new loam, dig up dead patches and reseed our back lawn. They arrived as planned and did a very thorough and professional job completing the project. They used high-quality seed and we have an established lawn two mowings just after three weeks of growth.

I would highly recommend that you use them for your lawn care needs as I will in the future.

We had a great experience working with Ben Gilkey. He is a consummate professional, very conscientious and meticulous in his work. Ben is a great listener. He heard what we wanted and also made excellent suggestions in enhancing the project. He kept us informed every step of the way and could always be counted on. The others on the project were also friendly and professional.

Working with Grass Gurus was great. We hired them for a Spring-cleanup as well as redoing a large portion of our yard that used to be all mulch but we wanted grass. During the quote process they provided a couple different options with price-points which was really nice. They were extremely responsive throughout the process of getting the quote, scheduling a time to come complete the work, and then when completing the work. They also provided instructions and tips to ensure that we would successful in the upkeep of the new grass. Overall we really appreciate the work and couldn't be happier.

Grass Gurus did an amazing job with our retaining wall, it looks beautiful. Additionally, I have been using Grass Gurus for all of my landscaping for 3 years and my lawn has never looked better. They do amazing work and are a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them.

I just met Ben and his team working on my neighbor’s yard a couple of days ago and they were doing such a great job there we brought them over. They absolutely killed it. Heinous and horrendous.

I had a very good experience with them. I would gladly purchase another home from Thonrdike Development if and when in need of another property.

Every appliance and cabinetry we have bought with our new condo through Thorndike has a problem. Maybe sold us seconds during covid time.

Heating & AC units were discontinued long before start of development with know defects. These units failed multiple times in our development causing an increased costs to me and others.

2and a half years later 15 of our 30 units in our buildings have had to completely replace heating & A/C units. We've had multiple complaints about other issues with Thorndike that have not been resolved to the customers satisfactions.

Thorndike Development is top quality construction. I purchased a condo at one of their latest complexes - Larkwood in Raynham. The sales manager Scott put me at ease - so knowledgeable, well informed and customer focused. Scott kept me informed throughout the purchase and construction process. I would highly recommend checking out the current Thorndike Development projects ready for purchase - Larkwood in Raynham, Alden's Reach in Plymouth and Featherwinds in Halifax.

I appreciate Bob for his willingness to add value to the simplest of request. He's funny, kind, and very considerate regarding my maintenance inquiries.

Can’t say enough about the Sales managers at Larkwood in Raynham MA.Both ladies are always pleasant and helpful.They are definitely diligent on following up with matters or answering questions anyone asks. Stacey Q and Kelly D are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Moving to a 55+ community needs to have many comforts and Thorndike developers attention to detail and unique design options has made that possible. They have made my move, a positive and easy transition from the professional and friendly sales manager, design staff, and the developers who all made me feel like I was already home. Their design choices for upgrading such as kitchen cabinets, amazing countertops, flooring, built-ins, etc. is outstanding. Thorndike developers vision has made all of my wants and dreams come true are the benefits of living in one of their communities has access to the clubhouse, saltwater pool landscaping throughout the entire community’s site plan. This is an amazing place to live.

We are in the process of purchasing a home at Larkwood in Raynham. Stacy and Kelly have done a great job of introducing us to the community and promptly answering our questions along the way. And Nikkie provided a lot of support and guidance as we considered all of the available design options and upgrades.

We spent several months, looking at a lot of new construction within 50 miles of Boston and kept coming back to Larkwood. We love the look and plan for the community, as well as the floor plan we've chosen. It's been exciting seeing the work start on our home and we're looking forward to moving in this fall.

Bobby came by to check in on our smoke detectors and heating but he went above and beyond to check and replace all my air filters for me and taught me tips to manage airflow and heating efficiency - it was my first time calling for facilities to come help and Bobby made everything so easy. I can't say enough good things about Cal Harvey and the excellent customer experience he provided with my furnace issues. He handled every detail with professionalism and care. He communicated clearly at every step, coordinated everything seamlessly, and made sure the work was completed efficiently , safely and correctly. He went above and beyond even checking in on weekends to make sure everything was ok. What really stood out was his responsiveness and commitment to doing things right.
