Pete was about half the price of the Invisible Fence brand and guaranteed the system which is why we went that route in the 1st place. Wow! This fence has worked wonders for our 2 pups! They may have gotten shocked 2-3x and we’re completely trained at that point. It’s been about 2 months and they stay in our yard and turn around if they ever hear the beep that they’ve gone a little too far. They won’t follow us out of the designated area or chase small animals. I can’t thank them enough for keeping our puppies safe.

Joel and Tammy were great in installing and training us on our fence. We trained our pup as instructed and he’s doing great. So nice to see him be able to run around our back yard without being leashed. At walk time he sits and waits for the “collar off” command and is then ready to venture out!

We have a very hyper Doodle who wasn’t getting enough exercise or training. We got our fence mid February and he has been able to explore and come and go more than he ever has. Amanda was great at explaining to us how to train and use the fence. It has been a game changer thank you guys!

We wokred with Rick Greene of DogWatch of Greater Baltimore and had the ProFence installed. Rick was great to work with. He was very thorough and helped us to choose the best product for our lab. He was extremely professional and gave us techniques to help us give our dog a seamless transition with our new fence. We feel confident when our dog is outside that she is safe and protected while having the ability to run and get exercise without being attached to a leash. We would recommend Rick and his team to anyone!

The installation was timely, efficient, and effective. The installers have been very helpful and overall excellent to work with. The cats have required high output for training, but they have adapted and now, at a low energy output from the collars, they are staying in the yard, which is what we were trying to achieve.

Rich was very helpful. Took his time to meet our dogs and talked with us to figure out which product would best suit our needs. Was back to install within just a few days and helped start the training with the dogs for the "bad flags". Would definitely recommend calling Rich if you have any questions about an underground pet fence.

Rick was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The process was very non invasive and he did an excellent job working with us to make sure that the layout of the system matched what our hopes were with the system. With 3 labs, we were a bit skeptical on how it would work, but after about 3 weeks, we have been nothing short of extremely satisfied with the product.

We are extremely impressed with how effective the DogWatch fence is working. Our 1 dog is completely trained, our other dog has gone across a few times chasing wildlife but fortunately the zap breaks her concentration. Nicc was extremely easy to work with. He was polite, professional and had a great positive attitude. Installation was a breeze. I would highly recommend DogWatch and Nicc for keeping your pets safely contained in your yard.

A nice lady came out to inspect my area. She was friendly and knew exactly what I needed. A couple of days later, the guys were on time for the installation and knocked it out in a couple of hours. They were helpful in helping set up the collar and explaining how to operate the equipment. Only 4 stars because there's still a small area that my dog can't go but should be able to (they came back to fix it but couldn't--perhaps from tying in to the invisible fence in the back), and they forgot to leave me with the instruction manual (they brought it the next day). I still highly recommend this company.

Todd was great to work with. Quick installation in our newly sodded yard. Training was done right after and was all we needed. We’ve had the system for a couple weeks now and it’s working great.

Absolutely the best. They were great, professional, quick service. They made our dog happy. He could play with his cows and not worry about the neighbors. They were able to run the fence with the high tensile fence with no interference. They took the dog around to show him the ropes.. absolutely great. I'm thrilled with the fence. No more worries.

The do watch fence a been a game changer for our family. Seeing our pups have the freedom to run around without a tie out on is amazing. Also is not worrying that they are going to run is is a definite plus. Everyone there has been very friendly and helpful with our questions. Installation went smooth and fast. I highly recommend.

Excellent job! Quick installation on a short notice, just took 2-3 days to have the whole system up and running with training for the dogs included. We have a Weimeraner and a Beagle that were escaping the 1 acre property multiple times a day, on a daily basis, due to a decaying fence. Since then, the dogs have learned to stay within boundaries, and the headache of having to chase the dogs, or having the neighbors or police coming home to let us know the dogs were outside is something of the past.

Tom is the owner of the company, he has quite the knowledge and experience on this systems. This is more than a job for him, he enjoys this business which he performs in his retirement, he doesn’t need to, but he likes what he does, you will know that from the time you get in contact with him. Very personable. He is very professional and helpful when it come to explaining things in layman terms.

So glad we decided to use DogWatch for our invisible fence purchase! They were super easy to contact via their website and got back to me right away. The installation and training was quick and easy as well. We weren't sure how our dogs would do since our previous house had a wooden fence, but after the first week I felt secure leaving them out into the yard without watching them.

Dogwatch did an outstanding job. We had a pro fence for our 4 month old puppy installed and the process was efficient and done well. The training process was also great and our dog now has more freedom to play outside safely. Thanks Rick!

We have several acres and our standard poodle was running out on a fast road whenever walkers passed by. In winter he had been used to being off leash but once spring came with walkers we had to walk him on leash or be worried if he was free so having him out was not pleasant. He also could not be out with us for the many hours we did yard work and looked at us sadly whenever we came in the house hoping we were coming for him. Once the DogWatch was installed it only took a couple weeks to have him fully trained and he has not left the property once even with walkers going by. The DogWatch made a big improvement in our life and our dogs life. He can now be out with us while we do outside work and can be off leash at all times. There was a very noticeable change in his personality as he became much calmer and happier with his freedom and spending more time outside and with us. Training was easy and effective and he is on a very low level of correction. Problem is that after 2 months the system failed and our dog was almost run over by a car. The collar receiver seems to be defective. How can I trust a system I can't rely on?

This was the absolute best purchase I could have made. I adopted a 5 month old puppy in September and she would escape the yard and run all over the neighborhood. I thought she was going to get hit by a car. I called Mary Ann and the first good sign was that she called me back right away (something that a lot of business owners don't do). She scheduled the installation of my invisible fence for the next week. She arrived with her crew as scheduled and installed the fence. They were professional and the entire installation and training took about an hour and a half. The best news of all: ME, MY FAMILY AND MY DOG LOVE THE FENCE! We let her out and she stays in the yard. She loves being outside and it is so convenient to just let her out. She barks at the front door when she is ready to come back inside. I highly recommend this product and this company. Nothing negative to say at all. DogWatch exceeded our expectations at every opportunity. The fence works great, training was much easier than I expected - our two dogs run freely throughout the yard but avoid the areas they’re supposed to avoid. Very happy customer.

We had an excellent Experience, NIcc arrived on time and installed the system in a few hours. After a brief training period with our dog the system has worked flawlessly. We recently added additional collars so that our visitors can use the system for their dogs as well. We are extremely happy with the service and the product.
