This company is so awesome! Repaired my 20 year old invisible fence when we got a new dog and trained (me) and our dog and now i feel that my new dog is so safe and happy in our yard!!

10.2025: It was such a pleasure talking with Sara about our needs for an electric fence and the area we wanted it to go. It was great getting to pick a day that worked in our schedule too. Isaac was great to work with too! He was able to get the fence exactly where we wanted to have it around our property. And our pups liked him too and picked up very quickly on his training! The training we’ve done since the install has been so easy and the pups are already on their own outside! Thank you both so much!!!

I would highly recommend DogWatch. Not only is the service turnkey, but it is more competitively priced than the other options. Troy, my technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the right layout and options. You can tell he really loves dogs and takes pride in getting the job done right. Would buy again in the future.

Way more affordable than invisible fence . Jeremy handled the installation really well and came back to adjust very quickly when we realized we had aimed too far inside the property line. He’s also provided support and troubleshooting for training our pup which has been really helpful. Now we’re really loving have our fence! The app hasn’t been worth it. But despite this, we’re very happy with our fence since we can easily adjust the collar or fence settings on our own as we are training. Plus we don’t have to worry about replacing the battery and have a long warranty included.

I can't praise Calvin and the South Western Ontario DogWatch Team enough. Spoke with Calvin and he came to check out my property the following day. This is our second home that we had a pet fence from Dog Watch. It gives our furry friends, a nice yard to roam around in and be safe. Mike came out and installed the new fence on a very chilly early spring day and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend using dog watch for your pet needs.!

A huge shout out to Natick Tree Service! We had a tree fall in my backyard they were able to get rid of and they were also able to trim several overgrown trees we’ve been struggling with. The crew was super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended them for any tree removal or trimming services you probably need!

Team was supposed to do a deep cleaning. They arrived at 9am and were gone by 10am. When I returned to the house, and checked under the beds, I noticed that there was still a lot of dust under the furniture. I expected this would be part of deep cleaning and since my wife and I had spent the prior day cleaning, there was not much else for the team to do. I tried to call to get them back but only got voicemail. No return call. Still no return call.

Service was excellent. Julio was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very clear with his explanations of what needed to be done. He was also very respectful when entering our house especially in the current environment.

Will definitely use him again.

We needed a last minute towel and linen order, and received a quick response and fulfillment the next day. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful.

Great service, professional and very responsive!

Lack of communication between staff of rescheduling my appointment since their equipment was in the shop and couldn’t get to my first appointment. I Spent too much time trying to see when my appointment was going to be after getting another email notice of delay.
Julio can for my irrigation shut off appointment. He was extremely nice and professional. He had a very bad cold as I could hear and he also told me. I would appreciate and suggest that your staff wear a mask before entering any clients home. Covid and colds are really spreading.

Julio knows what to do . He’s great!! With his sidekick, the digger, they are a team with all the answers and the work gets done.

Warren, Christian and Maria made it super easy to get our Irrigation System’s Annual Maintenance Program as well as a small repair set up and scheduled. We were out of the country at the time, and I knew I could trust everything over to Cross Services. As expected, they were all over it and got everything in place with a minimum amount of effort. Thank you!

First time using service for a changeover cleaning. Renters found a spoon and dust under one of the beds so it causes me to question how thorough the entire cleaning was.

9/13/2023 update. An employee called me to follow up and discuss the overall quality of the cleaning. This employee said they’d communicate with the cleaners the need to be more thorough next time. I appreciated the call and the effort.
