These guys were timely, professional and did a great job! It was late in the season as leaves were slow to drop this year, but they managed to fit us in. Poor Monica arrived at 2 pm having cleaned 3 houses solo because her partner "had a problem." I absolutely had to have my whole house done (small, only one bath, but I had gotten behind with dusting and mopping) before my family is coming to visit. She worked hard for a little over 3 hours and did everything I asked. I am still stunned that no one alerted me to #1, the delay of 2 hrs beyond what I had been told, and #2, that there would be only one cleaner. I was planning to get a ton of errands and tasks done today after "the cleaners" left by 1:30. As it is, Monica and I just said good bye at 5:07 pm. I have deleted my credit card and hope you'll see the logic of giving me half off for this awful situation both Monica and I had to go through today. I will then pay you by the credit card. If I add a $20 tip for Monica, can you please confirm that she will receive it? She ended up doing a great job, but I had no cash on hand for her. Thank you.

Linens and towels were delivered on time and were wonderful. Cleaning the cottage is a bonus to our holiday. We will use their services again next year!

Our deep clean was just what we needed as we prepared to welcome our first tenants. Our weekly cleanings were all done very well and done on time. We could always ask for special attention to this or that spot. Cleaners were polite every week

The team did a great job but they didn’t take out the full trash in the kitchen. Do they usually take the trash?

We used Cross for window washing and exterior house washing recently. They broke a window in the process and refused to own up to it, telling us it was broken when they arrived (as if we wouldn't have noticed!!). They made up lies about it, refused to give us their insurance info, and now we're stuck fixing the window that they broke. If I could give less than one star I would. Do not use this dishonest company.

This was terrible service. They used leaf blowers to clean the gutters making a mess all over my yard and side of the house. Complete slobs! Some examples below.

Wow, Enalisha and Gabriella made our home look gorgeous. We really appreciate the beautiful work they did today. The bathrooms are super clean and spotless. Especially appreciate how clean they get the glass Shower doors. The microwave is now immaculate! Hardwood floors are spotless and the stainless steel appliances and sink are free from smudges. Cleaning dynamos! All surfaces were sparkling and the house smelled fabulous, another great job, thank you!

Crew didn't get there till 2:00, still moving supplies in at 2:07pm. 2 people. Our guests are due to check in at 3:00. So they have to wait. Not a good start for their vacation. Tried calling the office several times. No answer. Emailed. Got a response that there were 4 people at the house and that it was finished 20 minutes ago. Problem is, we have a ring camera. They are NOT done, there were only 2 people, they are still there. So I don't know how the cleaning is. I hope it's good. The last cleaning they missed a lot of things. Not off to a great start.
