Reviews of local pros in Natick, Massachusetts

Fantastic landscaping company. Reliable, detailed, and easy to work with. Our yard looks sharp every time. Extra respect for the employee with the clean XJ; clearly they appreciate classics and quality.

Very very good

Your son and a woman and a young boy about 12 came and took care of all our leaves today. I am so grateful. They did a wonderful job and I can’t thank the Natick senior Center enough
for offering this volunteer program to seniors. I especially want to thank your son for doing this for us. John & Lil Meadows

They were terrific in doing our fall clean up
I do not think there was a single leaf left on our property when they left
They even got in places like our bushes and side of a hill that had never been truly cleaned
They were prompt , came when they said that they would, and also cleaned our gutters and roof
They are the best

I hired Greenleaf Landscaping to do a hardscaping and landscaping project. The project was a nightmare from beginning to end, and what was to be a 2-3 week project took 4 months to complete. Less than 2 years later, one of the stone porches they built had to be ripped out and re-done properly by another stone company (at a cost of $17K). They had built the new porch without doing any masonry or installing sealant behind what was visible, causing water leakage into the house foundation and lower areas.

I emailed Greenleaf the information and photo showing they did zero masonry and sealant work that should have been done as part of the project to protect my house. They never responded. I followed up by phone and spoke to one of the 2 owners, Chris, who refused to take responsibility for the poor work of his subcontractors whom he hired to do the project.

The entire project had too many issues to list here, but I do NOT recommend using this company. While they may be adequate for lawn maintenance, they failed to provide the hardscaping and masonry expertise I hired and relied on them for, and their customer service is abysmal. The photo posted show the zero masonry and sealant work behind the visible work they did.

Greenleaf's response to this review (below) is absurd. When people hire a vendor, they rely on the vendor's expertise. I wanted to replace the old porch and walkway. As a company offering masonry services, you should have known better to first see what was going on behind and beneath the old porch and walkway instead of just covering it up. Lay people like myself don't have that expertise, which is why we hire "experts"! The stone and masonry company who ripped out and re-did your work properly, couldn't believe what a really poor job your company did.

This is our first Spring cleanup using Greenleaf Landscaping and they exceeded our expectations. The workers were polite and professional and they diligently cleaned all around our densely planted yard, garage, and down the driveway. Everything looks great, clean and ready for the warmer weather.

We highly recommend Greenleaf Landscaping.

Best hardscaping job in Wellesley! Timely and efficient.

Greenleaf did my seasonal yard cleanup and did a simply amazing job- the team was so thorough. My yard looks amazing.

Best landscaping service in Wellesley! Very kind people and care deeply about their quality of service

Talk about rude. Spoke to one of the employees here and he was absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, and very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this company. If you want someone childish unprofessional just for you, but I would definitely see elsewhere for your services because this company is not worth it.

Their landscaping and hardscaping service is unbeatable on price, quality, and efficiency. Thank you Greenleaf Landscaping!

Greenleaf did a beautiful job for our fall cleanup!
They are one of the few firms that take away the leaves and they actually tidied up our planting beds.

There’s a saying that behind every successful man is a woman. Well behind every beautiful lawn and landscape is GREENLEAF LANDSCAPING. Their attention to detail to make your outdoor home environment is first and foremost. Customer service is their #1 priority. Their knowledge of flowers, trees, plants and lawns is exceptional. Without hesitation, we would recommend GREENLEAF LANDSCAPING.

My old basement was built in the 1920s and flooded in a heavy rainstorm. I called and within a day, they sent a team to chisel out the old cement between the stones and repacked the areas with hydraulic cement. They also replaced the gutters to redirect the rainwater further away from the house. We thought it may leak again, but I check it every storm and they did such an awesome job, that it’s still holding!! Thank you all so much! Rebecca
