I’m so thankful for the team at Kerivan Lane. Our boiler in a rental went on Monday afternoon, we were frantic with the pending cold front that was suppose to start on Friday. I don’t know how but they were able to pull it off by Thursday. The workmanship was impeccable. I would highly recommend Kerivan Lane for any service work or boiler installations.

We recently purchased a home and George did a great job handling all of my boiler system questions with ease. He was very knowledgeable about the inner workings and I highly recommend his services.

Garrett did a fantastic job installing my new water heater and doing the seasonal system checkup. The work looks amazing, the cleanup was thorough. He explained everything very well. Highly recommend!

I am satisfied with their service as they provide ac,oil and plumbing services so its like a one stop solution for me! The customer service (Michael) is always very responsive everytime I write him email. It has been a pleasant experience of using them and hope they will keep it up.

Shawn (sp?) was terrific doing ac annual service at 3 condos and my home. He is personable, experienced and explained things to me very well. He was neat and efficient, but did what he needed to do and we are set for the summer. I know when Kerivan-Lane comes to my house, we will be well cared for.

Brandon H was the young man who came on Tuesday, June 30th to do an annual inspection on our whole house AC unit and one Wall unit Minisplit.
He was very friendly, polite and I was impressed by his professionalism, and knowledge. He was neat and thorough checking inside, in the attic and outside units.

Kerivan-Lane quoted a Lochinvar LOCWHB110N 110k BTU,95% efficiency, condensing boiler and a 45 gallon stainless steel indirect water tank for a reasonable price in comparison to the 3 other proposals we received. The sales process was informative and smooth.
Due to emergency boiler break-downs for other customers, the installation was delayed for a few weeks but our boiler was still working so that was only a minor problem. Once the installation started, Joseph H. and Kevin H. were amazing. Joe had built the system on a frame in their shop before arriving on site. As a result, after cutting out the old system the installation went relatively quickly - they were in and out in 2 days. We had heating the first evening due to Joe working a 12 1/2 hour day and by the end of the 2nd day the whole system was up and running. We had a couple of teething problems in the first couple of days and Joe came over and sorted them out quickly and efficiently. The system now works flawlessly and, for a boiler, it also looks amazing. These guys obviously take pride in their work and it shows. I am delighted with the system, the price and especially the installation team. I highly recommend Kerivan-Lane. Pictures are ‘after’ and ‘before’.

KL replaced our failing Boiler promptly on one of the coldest days of the year. They did a thorough job, had great customer service, and I would heartily recommend them! Thank you Joe for the install and Kevin from sales for coordinating everything. You made it easy. Thank you again!

Sean was a good listener while I was asking questions concerning the temperature of the water. He reset it so it is not as hot! He was polite, friendly and an asset to your service department! 10 stars Sean!

Kerivan Lane is a great company. They have great communication and we have been using them for years. Any problems we have they have been able to take care of it for us. We use them for oil and propane deliveries. They also helped us with our mini splits. Great company highly recommend them. All the technicians they have sent out are good people and very proficient in there fields.

Joe was great. He did great work and left the areas he worked in tidy. He answered a couple of questions I had and came back to reinstall a toilet the day it was ready. Will definitely use them for plumbing work again (in addition to our oil heat needs).

10 out of 10. Highly recommend. They are fast, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm adding them to the holiday card list.

I've used Kerivan Lane for heating oil and heating maintenance for the last 10 years or so. Not the cheapest supplier by far, but they've always been responsive. This week a pipe burst in my basement leaving us without water and they got one of their plumbers, Rob, out to my house within a couple of hours. Rob had the issue resolved within 30 minutes of pulling in the driveway - couldn't ask for anything better. I will request him by name if we need help in future.

We have had Kerivan-Lane coming to our condo for a few years . The technicians have all been competent. This year Garrett came and he asked us detailed questions relating to our furnace. This was more than previous years technicians. We were satisfied again with the maintenance service, and appreciate them.

Nick was friendly and responsive. He made us feel at ease about replacing our water heater after an unfortunate break. After making the call, they were here in less than two hours to install the new unit. definitely service that we can trust.

We had an excellent experience updating our old AC units. Rick D. kept me informed and really took the time to find the best solutions for our home. Everyone was great with communication during the entire process. Rob D was the lead for the install and was very knowledgeable and efficient, completing the work in less than the quoted time. Highly recommend these two.

Kerivan-Lane has the nicest, most helpful client service and service technicians! Garrett did my annual HVAC check today, and not only did he do an amazing job of ensuring they were set for the summer, he educated me on my system, went above and beyond to answer all my questions and really helped me to ensure I knew what to do to maintain the operations well. He was so patient, and everything was left clean and tidy. Top quality experience that left you feeling good about the kindness that still exists in this world. Highly recommend!

Kerivan-Lane did a fabulous and highly professional job installing a new gas line and gas boiler + hot water system. The entire team was amazing (Joe the lead on the job, Mike in coordinating, and Rick in sales). I have also been a client for 7 years and they are always prompt, responsive, and very professional. Would absolutely recommend them for your next job or recurring oil/propane and heating/cooling maintenance needs.
