Thanks to Kerivan-Lane for rescuing me when my boiler shut down in freezing temps. Techs are capable, cheerful, and committed to helping customers.

Kerivan-Lane recently replaced our leaking indirect hot water tank. They were very prompt with a quote and scheduling the replacement. While there were a couple issues after installation with small leaks, they were very responsive with service calls and repairs were completed quickly and professionally by Rob G.

Brandon was very professional and thorough when servicing our furnace. He.was very communicative, explaining everything he was planning to do and what he had done in the end. He was polite and courteous. He really represented the Kerivan Lane values and expertise !!

After our recently snow storm, I completely forgot to clear a path to the oil fill tank. I came home from work and found Darren had made a way and filled my oil tank anyway. I am so sorry I forgot (and called to apologize!), and I'm grateful Darren filled it anyway. I won't forget next time!

The guys from Kerivan-Lane showed up early to fix the problem I had with my heating unit. We’re very friendly cleaned up after themselves and got the job done quickly and professionally.

Kerivan-Lane did a stellar job replacing our three old central air conditioning systems (compressors and air handlers). K-L took the time to assess our needs and explain their recommendation. They did not try to up-sell and their price was competitive. Phil answered every question patiently and knowledgeably. Phil and the crew from K-L were professional, focused and pleasant throughout the installation process. We also had K-L replace our water heater recently and they did an excellent job with that as well. We definitely trust them with all of our HVAC needs.

Sean identified and corrected an ongoing issue with my furnace that was causing a build up of soot and low efficiency. Upon his tune up and correcting the issue we’ve since seen an increase in our burner efficiency from 75% to 83%. Quite pleased with his professionalism and experience. Thank you. Much appreciated!

Our heating system completely died. Keith and associates were very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient when helping us figure out which heating direction to go in. Rob was the technician that came to install our new system. He was amazing! He was polite, kind, informative and patient. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I’d recommend Rob to anyone.

Had our oil burner replaced after it started leaking water (it lasted longer than its expected life). Did some research and K-L quote was great. They turned our emergency replacement around in about 36 hours and we couldn't be more pleased. Rob did an amazing job installing our new system and walking us through the changes and the things we need to know about it. Couldn't be happier.

Tech from K-L (Brandon) was very professional, arrived as scheduled, was able to diagnose my issue and able to get us back in business in relatively no time. Very happy giving my business to K-L and feel like they treat my HVAC system as if it were one of there own. Many thanks!

Sam and his partner (whose name I'm embarrassed to say, I've forgotten) showed up on schedule. They were friendly, professional and very willing to answer all my questions. They checked out my AC system, changed the filter and cleaned up the outside unit. They were great and I would very highly recommend Sam (and partner) as well as Kerivan -Lane to any of my friends.

Kerivan-Lane has recently installed new air conditioning/heating equipment for us, and it has been a completely positive experience. A team led by Rob and Sam performed the installation, and they did so in an absolutely outstanding way-- they came exactly as scheduled, performed their work with professionalism and graciousness, and provided an altogether pleasant experience for us.

Backing up a bit, Keith was our initial contact and offered options regarding the equipment, patiently explaining the features of each and the accompanying cost. Once we made our choice, Pat set up the installation schedule, which was followed exactly as planned, and Mike has followed up to make sure everything went smoothly-- as it did. Our experience is that Kerivan-Lane is an extremely well-organized, efficient and helpful enterprise.

Walked me through the maintenance of the system in a new home, made sure I was comfortable with doing some of the more routine items I hadn't done before, and helped make sure we had everything up and running properly. Genuinely great guys who made us confident heading into winter, would easily recommend them.

My first correspondence was with Michael St Pierre. He was extremely helpful explaining everything to a new customer. All my questions were answered in a friendly nice conversation. A+. The service tech who came Sam was a great guy very friendly and again answered anything I asked and even gave me some added info on other oil subjects A+. The oil delivery driver who came today again very friendly and engaging in conversation he thought relevant and talked like an old friend. A+. Everything done the service and delivery was accomplished in a very fast, friendly and knowledgeable way to a new homeowner. As a new customer it could not have gone any better.

The response time was fantastic. I had my water heater replaced in less that 24 hrs after notifying them. The service and install was also great.

Our water tank was leaking late one evening, and Kerivan-Lane was quick to respond and taught us how to shut off the water. The next morning, Mike's team confirmed our tank was still under warranty and replaced it for a great price. Technician Garrett was efficient and took the time to show us how to operate the emergency shut-off valves. We're very happy with their prompt and professional service and highly recommend them.

I had scheduled annual maintenance on my home heating system. Sean sent me a text msg to indicate he was on his way. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Sean was very friendly and seemed thorough in his work on the system. He informed me of the condition of the system without my asking. I was very pleased.

The Tech-Chris was very cordial and professional. He engaged me every step of the way while he was servicing my system-kept me informed to what he was doing with joy in his face-smiles. He is an asset to Kerivan-Lane. I welcome him to my home at any time without fear or reservations. He was multi-tasking, training a young man along. The trainee has a very good role model to emulate.

Everyone here is really great!! The oil is always delivered on time and the guys do a super job - especially this winter with the challenging weather issues! We have had nothing but terrific service from them! I highly recommend Kerivan-Lane !!

On October 14 2025 Rob serviced my mini splits. He took the time to a see my questions regarding how best to use them
To maximize efficiency and then what to do when the really cold weather sets in. He showed me what needed to be done and told me why. He is engaging and super honest! I enjoyed meeting him and hope to see him
