    In rating a tree company, we would consider the following: 1. Is their arborist truly concerned about how trimming will affect the trees? 2. Are their recommendations reasonable and likely to have the desired outcome? 3. Is their estimate in line with other local tree services? 4. Are they willing to reschedule early to address storm damage? 5. Are they willing and able to protect your driveway from their machinery? Was their protection adequate? 6. Did they arrive on time or call or text if delayed? 7. Did they carry out the job carefully and with attention to potential property damage 8. Did the crew introduce themselves and interact with the customer to ensure the right work is done? 9. Did the crew fully clean up the branches, leaves, sawdust, etc.? For Hartney Greymont the answer to each of the above questions is YES! The arborist, Zachary Bolles arrived a day early to assess and discuss the damage of a tree that had fallen on our garage. He arranged work just two days later. Zach and the crew (Stephan, John, and Chuck) arrived on time and were all friendly and efficient and carried out the work as planned. We were fully satisfied with their work and would give them the highest rating: five stars.
