We had a small flooding incident in an office room of our home. These folks sent a technician soon after my call, and he worked hard for hours on removing carpet, padding, some baseboard and a bit of drywall before installing 4 high-speed fans and a dehumidifier. The tech checked in over the next two days, monitoring the moisture levels in the room each time. Communication from the head office and the tech were stellar throughout the process. I’d recommend them highly for anyone requiring emergency water remediation services.

From the very first phone call, New England Carpet Cleaning impressed us. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful, taking the time to explain all of their services in detail. Scheduling was a breeze—they were flexible and able to come out to our home within just two days.

The technician who came was outstanding: professional, polite, and extremely respectful of our home. He wore shoe coverings to protect our floors, confirmed the services we wanted, and even offered additional options based on what he saw. He cleaned several chairs, a couch, and our wall-to-wall carpeting—and did so with great care and attention to detail.

Asked NE Carpet Cleaning to clean a large wall-to-wall carpet that had water damage. Technician Timothee was excellent. After cleaning a small part of the carpet he determined that the stains had permanently penetrated the carpet and that it would not be possible to remove them. He saved me the expense of unnecessarily having the rest of the carpet cleaned. I will go back to NECC next time I need to have a carpet cleaned.

I called New England carpet cleaning in a panic. My cat had had an accident on my barely year old mattress. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. My technician Timothee P. was amazing. He explained the whole cleaning process to me and recommend what needed to be done. He did not push or try to up sell. Needless to say Timothee did an amazing job. He was able to get the stain and smell out of my mattress plus he made my mattress look good as new. He had a very pleasant personality and really seemed to care about his customers and the job he was doing. I will call them again if I ever need.
