I had my carpets cleaned recently and worked directly with the owner, Dan. He was awesome to deal with, super friendly and professional. What really impressed me was that he went above and beyond the original quote and cleaned extra areas just because he saw they needed it. They provided an estimate on the phone and were able to book me for the cleaning the next day. Tech was at my home early and texted me in advance that he was on his way. I had a beige couch and armchairs cleaned. Tech was professional and transparent about the final price before starting the work. Cleaning was done well. Would use them again.

The carpet Tec was very professional, very courteous and very knowledgeable. Explained everything so I could understand the process and wasn’t forceful to sell me more. Just suggested but no pressure. I had six cats living here for 5 months and believe Me I needed them done badly . I feel so much better and the job he did was through and with care. This was my first experience with this company. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and there was clear communication from the get go. My technician Tim was very polite and very pleasant to speak with. He also explained all their packages available and answered all my questions.
