We just had our driveway seal coated this week after having Pave Tech put in new driveway 2 years ago. Robin did a great job seal coating our driveway and was very neat with his edging work. We are very pleased with Pave Tech services and would highly recommend.

Eddie was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He came out quickly for the estimate, explained everything clearly, and provided a detailed quote. I am very happy with the work done at my home. The front steps replacement was extra difficult but time was taken to do it right. And the driveway along with tree removal...I couldn't be happier!

Eddie and the pave tech crew were great to work with. We had them pave our driveway that had not been touched in 40 years. The final results were amazing and the whole process was super smooth. My adventure with Pave Tech started in the Spring of 2022. I called to get an estimate for a new driveway installation.

That day, I reached out to no less than 5 companies. This was a Sunday. Within a few minutes, Eddie called back and said that he'd swing by the house to look at the existing driveway and take some measurements. Not next week, but this same day! Within a few weeks, Eddie and his crew came and ripped out the old driveway and installed a beautiful new asphalt driveway.

Fast forward to the Summer of 2023. I needed a protective sealcoat on the driveway. I called Eddie and he and his crew came out to do the job. Now I have a beautiful driveway that adds quite a bit of curb appeal and value to our home. I've used them twice in little over a year and am very pleased with the result.

I highly recommend these guys. Professional, quality work.

Full disclosure on this one…. I originally gave Lamacchia Construction a 2 rating based on the actual installation of the asphalt driveway. There was so much collateral damage done by the sub-contractor they used and just an overall sloppy job. Once I posted the review of the work, I immediately heard from Joey.
We reviewed the concerns I had about the job, we discussed the issues and he promised immediate action. As a result, I changed the review to a 5. Well, 1 1/2 years later, there are still outstanding issues and the driveway is beginning to show cracks and actually starting to sink in spots. There are also tread marks appearing in the driveway. When it rains, puddles actually form in these areas but Joey has stated that there is nothing wrong with the driveway, so I guess I won’t be seeing him anytime soon. This is why I am changing my review. I will be pursuing legal action in small claims court in the near future.
This review was posted on another site and the response from Lamacchia was “We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations.” I guess the guarantee only applies on how Lamacchia sees the work and not the customer.

From start to finish, Joe and the team were amazing. We had a tight timeline (wanted our patio in for our daughter's first birthday party), and they DELIVERED! Completely responsive to every question, change we needed to make - even provided updates as the work was being done. All of the men were professional, precise, and committed to their work. Will absolutely recommend to anyone, and will be using them again for future needs!

Their work is top-notch and their service is attentive. Truly enjoyed the experience of working with Joey. Our driveway and the area around it looks fantastic. Joe Lamacchia Landscape did my front steps over. They are very careful doing their work and don't rush. They took the proper time to perform the work properly, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. As a bonus, Joe had my old wrought iron handrails repainted at his shop before they reinstalled them. I wasn't expecting this extra level of service, but boy am I happy with how shiny black they came out to make the whole project look excellent. Thanks guys! I will be using your masonry and paving guys in the future, and referring them to my friends.

We did three projects with Lamacchia landscape construction. In the fall we repaved our driveway and updated our front path with new pavers. In the spring we did a large renovation of our backyard space. We could not be happier with the way the projects turned out. Joe was responsive from the first contact all the way through the end of the projects. He was easy to work with. They started each of the projects on time as promised. Pricing was reasonable and stayed very close to the initial estimate. The work crews were exceptionally reliable, very respectful of our property and did excellent quality work on each of the projects. Matt gave us a lovely design for an outdoor space that was open, usable, and beautiful. LaMacchia truly transformed the exterior of our property with bluestone patios, an incredible hand laid wall, new plantings, a gas hook up for grill and fire place, lighting - they turned our backyard a wonderful entertaining space that we have enjoyed this summer and will enjoy for many more to come. Our backyard project did take longer than we had hoped but LaMacchia saw the project through to the final details. I would highly recommend lamacchia for your landscape construction projects.

I had my driveway replaced, a retaining wall re-built, and my gutters on the driveway side tied to drains and a dry well last fall. I waited to get through the winter to provide a review. All I can say is that I'm very happy selecting Lamacchia, excellent work and team, and quality driveway.

We had Joe and his team build two retaining walls, add granite steps with wrought iron railing, replace a raised patio area, and replace our asphalt driveway. Joe also coordinated a contractor for replacement of our clay sewer pipes during the driveway replacement.

Above all, the Joe we met for the quote, was the same authentic person throughout the job. He regularly provided excellent communication to me and my wife. Joe answered all our detailed questions and offered great advice. Joe's own skilled team were a happy crew and a pleasure to have.

Highly recommend! Lamacchia revamped my backyard this spring which included a new patio, fire pit, tree planting, granite steps, a walkway, and new sod. We had a walkway, steps and landing replaced. We are very happy with the final result. The work was done quickly and well. The crew worked hard and were very respectful of the property.
