A well run family owned business. Quality work with reasonable prices. They have completed several projects at our office and warehouse in Auburndale professionally and on time.

Sean and his crews have been terrific to work with. They know their jobs and leave the site cleaner than when they arrived.

Becareful as they send two man teams for each job so automatically they charge for 2 electricians right off the bat so the initial cost to the customer is $180/ hour instead of $90/ hour. They also overcharged me initially as the electricians that came marked me for two hours as they must have left my house then signed into their device to end the time at a job. I ended up calling and let them know I had cameras that showed they were at my house for 45 min and not 2 hours. They reduced the bill but watch the billing.

I had an issue with an electric outlet that kept shutting my refrigerator off. The company had an employee come out a matter of hours after the call was placed. They replaced the outlet with an upgraded GFI outlet. They were very efficient and the workers are very friendly... A great family run business with outstanding workers and business practices... Highly highly recommend them for any issue you have no matter how big or small!

I had an amazingly helpful, efficient, and friendly service visit from J.J. Galvin this morning. Ruby and Hugh were great to work with and helped me quickly and easily pick out new fixtures and knew exactly what I needed.

Recently, my elderly father, who is dealing with cancer, received an email from J.J. Galvin suggesting that his generator, which he did not purchase from them, could potentially use servicing. Despite my father’s response inquiring whether service was truly needed, the company proceeded to schedule maintenance, be it, with my father's permission, without addressing his question or confirming the date of the last service, which had occurred a few months prior. Although my father did approve the appointment, he was initially confused by the email’s content.

When I followed up with J.J. Galvin to clarify the situation, the company was initially responsive and friendly but ultimately delayed in addressing the issue.
