Just had Nascimento HVAC and Plumbing out to my house for a repair and install of a new line and I could not be more pleased with the experience...start to finish. First, their quote was honest, upfront, clear and thoroughly explained to me. The price...not even CLOSE to the nearest competitor's quote...they beat it by a mile. Their work was impeccable. They even added a couple of extra safety features on the lines just because "its the right way to do it and if we're here, we do it the right way". No additional cost at all. Finally, all the work areas they were in...cleaner than when they arrived. I can not recommend them enough. Klay, the owner of this company, responded to my call immediately. I recently moved to Newton and have an a/c system that needed maintenance. Due to the soaring temps and increasing pollen, I was not sleeping well. He sent his crew the same day and they spent over 3 hours cleaning the systems (one traditional, 2 Mitsubishi) and making one minor repair. Every time they had to come into the house they put on floor protectors (thank you, guys!). They were respectful and professional. Klay showed me the gunk that had accumulated in my traditional system and it was alarming. He had quoted me a very reasonable price on the phone and I was worried it would increase given how much time they spent cleaning the systems, but the increase was only $60 to replace a broken sensor. I am so relieved to have found this company to take care of my HVAC systems and I recommend them without hesitation.

Nacimiento Hvac are excellent. We needed to replace our central ac which went out at the end of last year. They were very responsive when we reached out (recommended by our neighbors across the street who had a full mini split system installed).

Their prices are very fair and competitive, and they were able to schedule service for a few days after we signed and paid our deposit.

Nascimento HVAC & Plumbing replaced our boiler recently and they were great. We had gotten proposals/estimates from 3 other companies but Nascimento checked all the boxes: their communication was responsive and friendly, they were able to start the project promptly (which was a relief because our old boiler was completely out of commission), they set reasonable expectations for the timeline of the project (and met those expectations), they accommodated our request for a specific brand of boiler (providing estimates for both standard and high-efficiency models), and they did it all at a competitive price. They've earned our trust and our future business.

I have used them several times. They replaced one of my units furnaces back in the fall and are helping me to keep another units furnace going for another winter or more. Dave is amazing! He always calls back and follows up, doing an excellent job with the installation of my new heat pump. I reached out to several places about replacing my air conditioning unit, and he got back to me quickly. He suggested a heat pump that would help me save money on heating oil and explained how the high-efficiency unit would provide great value over time. After receiving a proposal, he installed the new system and took away the old one. I now have a smart thermostat that I'm still getting the hang of, a newly lined chimney that meets code, and a super-efficient heating and cooling system. Even though it's November, my oil burner hasn't needed to turn on yet! Typically, I use between 1,000 and 1,500 gallons of oil each season, costing around $3.00-3.50 per gallon. That's a significant saving! The unit was put in at the beginning of June, and it looks like I've saved about $100 a month on cooling.
