Pat Bourke from Accurate Baker Elman was PHENOMENAL. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, explained what was needed and gave great suggestions and advice. I have used Accurate Baker Elman for both plumbing and heating and all of their technicians are wonderful, the work done efficiently and impeccably and their office staff is incredibly nice and responsive too. Thanks Pat!

I hired Accurate to install my AC. Steve, the salesman, was quite professional and knowledgeable. The highlight of my dealings with Accurate was Brian the installer. This fellow made quite an impression on me. In fact, in my many years dealing with home improvements, I have never met anyone as dedicated to his job. This is why I would only want to deal with Brian for any future work with Accurate. What is cemented in my mind is Brian's statement that the more technical or complex the job, the more he enjoyed it. This made a lasting impression on me and the reason I hired Accurate to install a second AC system.

Frank and Luke were fantastic. The back office scheduler mistakenly gave me a quote that was unrealistic and did not accurately reflect the scope of work I needed. (Installing an additional exterior spigot vice replacing an existing spigot). Frank was able to develop a revised quote on the spot, deploy Luke to procure required materials and complete the job in about 2 hours after arrival. While the price ended up nearly 2x the original quote, it was in line with my expectations. Very thorough, clean, courteous throughout the job. I would call Frank, Luke and Accurate Baker Elman again.
Please work on office staff training!

Not sure of the total price but it sounded pretty good we did not pay anything today it's probably going to be rolled in to the big price when we hear back from him as to what time they're coming tomorrow he did great

Zach was on time and had my first plumbing problem diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes. I’d been trying to fix it for two days. He then went to the next plumbing issue and did everything he could to repair it, but the leaky faucet needed to be replaced. I’d be calling back when the replacement parts come in. I wish I could give 6 stars.

Baker Elman has been my go-to plumber for a long time and for good reason. Excellent customer service from the office in advice and scheduling and great plumbers who come to do the work. I recommend them highly to friends when asked for a good plumber.
