I've used Baker Elman for many years, both before their acquisition and after. I am consistently impressed by their customer service. They are prompt, reliable, and kind. This is a testament to the people they have on staff, many of whom have been with the company for a long time, like their back office staff (Susan), and their expert plumbers, like Frank. I have to give an extra shout out to Frank, who has responded to emergency plumbing issues a couple of times for me over the last 10 years. He's always been amazing, very professional, very thorough, very friendly. I can't recommend him enough.

I've used Accurate Baker Edelman several times, they always fix the problem right the first time and even give good advice on how to do a simple fix to avoid the need for a future call.

They are very professional and are often able to come at short notice. This is a godsend when you have a plumbing problem! The office staff are great and easy to work with also.

Frank did a superb job. We had him replace a kitchen faucet and he ran into several issues. He was able to resolve all the problems and we couldn't be happier with the result. Would recommend them highly

Drew’s a nice, professional man who worked efficiently and did a good, neat job installing a replacement hot water heater. I was pleasantly surprised that the job was completed just a few hours after I called. I wasn’t thinking that that was even possible!

Pricing is very misleading. Reply (10/14/2025):
To clarify, the dryer installation had not started. The dryer was simply left there by the vendor, and the technician from Baker Elman did not touch it, so none of the work started. It’s not good business practice to show up and announce that the bill would be over $450 as a way to pressure the customer into moving forward. Providing an upfront estimate would have prevented this issue. Instead, Baker Elman only mentions a $109 dispatch fee and then pressure you to proceed by quoting a charge that is hundreds of dollars (for just connecting a tubing) once they arrive.
