I knew a lot about what the problem and he was good at working with me to find that the problem was probably a frozen drain, not a water line. And helped check to contain the problem. Don’t know the price yet. Clicked something to let me finish.

We selected Accurate Baker Elman for a series of plumbing repairs. They fixed a leaking pipe and a malfunctioning valve and replaced two faucets. They were friendly and efficient.

Great experience with John Lamb! Explained every detail of probably 7 different plumbing issues and questions. Totally professional and friendly. Fixed what could be fixed on the spot, and have total clarity about paths for addressing other issues.

Baker Elman was great! They quoted me a time frame for this work to be done in one visit and delivered in that same timeframe. Clear and accurate communication with the office on scheduling. Prompt notices on when they left the shop and when they arrived. Direct explanation of how the work would go and possible issues. We’ve been a client for 18+ years and my parents were clients for 40+. I’m calling them again when the next thing goes wrong in our super old house.

John L. came out to our house, on time, explained what needed to be done at what price, and got the job done quickly, and left our bathroom looking as clean (cleaner?) than when he got here. I don't know if Baker-Elman is the least expensive, but they are easy to work with and get the job done right.

Last night I discovered a problem with the main waste pipe leaving the house and going to the street. Called the main phone line for Baker Elman after 9pm and got a visit scheduled for 10am today. When they arrived they were quick to diagnose and while they didn’t have the equipment to address it gave me a referral and the new guys are also here, same day starting to work. Not sure if this is an expensive problem or a dig up the front yard expensive problem yet. Either way Baker Elman was quick, professional and very helpful.

I love Baker Elman — and yes, I especially love my plumber, Frank.

Last night while I was at work, I saw a dispatch text come through: Frank is on the way.
Cue the second text from my husband, sent an hour earlier: “NO HEAT!!!”

Did I panic? Nope. If it’s fixable, Frank can fix it.

At 10:30 PM, he showed up, checked out our boiler, diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and was out within an hour. Heat back on, house saved, crisis averted.

We also get our boiler serviced annually by Baker Elman, and the consistency, reliability, and professionalism are always top-tier. Frank is truly outstanding — the kind of plumber you brag about

Zack serviced my boiler and was a consummate professional. He explained in detail everything he was doing and made useful suggestions as well. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his job. I would highly recommend both Zach and his company!

I would like to share my exceptional experience with Accurate Baker Elman at Newton, MA. I had a water heater valve leaking issue. I searched the internet and determined to pick this one because it has the most reviews with score 4.9/5! My selection proved to a wise decision. Soon after I scheduled on line Susan called me to collect more information to speed up the process. During our conversation I asked Susan if the service can be done prior to my scheduled date and she promised to try her best. This morning Susan told me she indeed found an available time I wished for. I am so glad for that. In the afternoon John Lamb came to my home and did the repairmen smoothly. John is very courteous, professional and very helpful when I asked other things about the heater. I highly recommend Accurate Baker Elman.

My experience with Accurate Baker Elman has been nothing but exceptional. Michael Pascarelli and his crew were professional, kind, and efficient, and they were able to replace my mom’s very old toilet in a quick and timely manner and cleaned up the area nicely. Scheduling was easy and Susan Calcagni is warm and friendly and truly an angel. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work.

John and Pat replaced an old water heater/heat unit and were very efficient and neat. The service was a little pricier than I expected, but they got to the job faster than other companies that I called and were able to do the replacement within the week. I appreciate the service from the front office too (Susan).

Frank was extraordinary as is this company. Firstly, someone calls me back at 5:45 after my panic call with Rosen pipes. Told me what to do by phone and the. Frank came.. professional, so competent and kind. Fixed it in 5” by thinking of other contributors to a frozen pipe! He was wonderful! Lucky us! Thank you!

We have been using Accurate Baker Elman for several years and are always impressed with their service. We recently had Michael Pascarelli come for emergency service to repair our heat and, as always, they were incredibly efficient and professional. We cannot recommend this company highly enough!

We had an emergency boiler issue during a stretch of negative temperatures, with real concern that pipes could freeze and burst. Accurate Baker Elman responded quickly. On the first visit, two technicians determined we weren’t getting gas to the house. The gas company came out and found a frozen regulator, which was repaired.

When the boiler still wasn’t working, Drew returned and spent time carefully diagnosing and repairing the system. The heat came back on but did not hold overnight. Drew came back again the following day, identified a blown fuse in a faulty component, replaced it, and fully resolved the issue.

Drew is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient, neat and incredibly persistent. We are beyond grateful for his dedication in getting our heat restored during a very stressful and especially cold stretch!
