I have had a number of lawn care companies over the years with mixed results. They would do a good job the 1st year and then the 2nd year it was a noticeable reduction in service and results.

I switch two years ago and have not been disappointed. They are responsive and want to ensure the customer is happy with the results.

We have used Natural Lawn for over ten years and are very pleased with the results. We like the option of "all natural" or organic care without pesticides/herbicides in the broadband general applications although we do have to rely on a few spot treatments for weeds throughout the season. Very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly crew.

We have had Natural Lawn of America North Attleboro for several years. Our lawn looks great ! The men have been kind, competent, on time, thoughtful, and sensitive to some very painful life challenges in my personal life. We have had quality work and people of integrity. Natural Lawn of America provides what they promise...green thick grass with excellent service. God bless their business!

I have used Natural lawn for 3 years now and could not be more pleased with the service and the results. My lawn 3 years ago was mostly dead, bare spots, looked like H**L!!!!....I was ready to give up , hot top the yard and paint it green! NLA came and said give us 1 season and we will get it back....They did and my lawn is back to where we like it. The tech's who come out and service the lawn are top notch and easy to work with. The office staff has also been great to work with. I very much recommend this company

Our lawn had huge bare spots which hadn't seen grass in years. After NaturalLawn treatments, most of the areas are now green, and everything looks much better. We will continue to use the service this season in hopes that the crabgrass which is thriving can be abated. Service was exactly as promised, done in a timely fashion, and staff were polite and informative when reached by phone.

Last year I decided to start with a new lawn service. After researching many companies I chose NaturalLawn of America. I hired them for their annual programs along with the fall aeration and over-seeding. My front lawn had suffered from the previous lawn company's inappropriate timing and application of seed. But NaturaLawn did an outstanding job. After they aerated and over-seeded, my front lawn looked amazingly beautiful for the first time in quite a while I spoke with the technician on the job that day, and he was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions.. He also performed a thorough and careful job on my property.
Compared to some companies. I find it very easy to contact this one,and I receive additional information on good lawn service practices. I highly recommend this company and look forward to years of satisfying customer service and a healthy lawn. Thanks so much for all your time and effort.

I wasn't happy with the other BIG NAME lawn company. They sent inexperienced teenagers out that did more harm than good. I had grass growing on walkways and tire marks all over the lawn and driveway. With Natural Lawns of America, I know I'm getting experienced professional service without those silly mistakes. I chose them because they are veteran owned and environmentally responsible. As a fellow veteran myself, that means a lot and I've never been more satisfied.

I'm so happy that Natural Lawn has designated John F. as my Lawn Specialist. I have a valuable relationship with John F. because he takes the time to talk to me. He knows my lawn by heart and my concerns and is there to answer my questions every time. With that other company they sent a different kid that was in a rush each time. John is a reliable and professional adult that actually cares about doing a good job. It's Natural Lawn until further notice!

I signed up with Natural Lawn of America to help my tired looking lawn. I had little luck trying to improve conditions on my own. I abut a large wetlands area that is home to great wildlife and I am concerned about over use of chemicals in our environment. The products Natural Lawn used were effective in improving my lawn slowly and steadily over the season. My family loves the improved appearance of our lawn and we appreciate that there was not an infusion of harmful chemicals to achieve this. Excellent quality, natural products that don’t harm pollinators or wildlife. We are very happy with them. And we love Tracy, the specialist who has taken care of our lawn for several years. She always seems to go above and beyond for us, and in this day of service providers changing every 20 minutes, we are grateful for her service and her longevity. Way to go Tracy!

We have a huge yard with a beautiful lawn. Natural Lawn of America has helped to practically remove the clover population without harmful chemicals. We feel good about knowing it will not harm the butterflies, dragonflies or the bees. It's so important to have these beautiful bugs in our yard. The other reason we like Natural Lawn is our grass looked even more amazing after just 2 years of their products. The gentleman who came out to put down the application would speak with us about how we are taking care of our lawn and did a soil sample as well. He was always courteous and kind, gave some helpful suggestions, but more importantly he knew how to keep a lawn looking great! We take pride in our lawn and Natural Lawn of America has helped to keep it beautiful and non-toxic! I would highly recommend Natural Lawn to help make your yard look healthy and keep it healthy!

My lawn specialist Tracy is great! She's been out technician for many years. Very personable. If I'm home, she inquires about my lawn needs. Yard and driveway are always clean and tidy when she leaves. I would recommend Tracy to anyone.

The WORST customer service and lack of professionalism of any lawn company we have ever used. We paid up front for supposedly a soil test (never saw results of one) and weed control over the course of the season. We had to call the first time because they rang the doorbell and then left. The second time they came, I had to call and find out where they were since it was at the end of the time period they told us them would arrive. We supposedly got grub control and crabgrass prevention and I have more crabgrass than regular grass so not sure what they consider prevention. The guy shows up and buzzes around the lawn at a very high speed and that is supposed to be a thorough look at problems to be spot treated? Lawn has never looked worse. We canceled and to their credit, they honored a refund; but, seriously felt as though we were screwed. We will never again use this company.

Also, the response from NaturaLawn, to my review, is a LIE. We never said don't treat the first time till we talk to you. We said if we seed we will let you know. Also, we never said we seeded areas and you shouldn't put down crabgrass treatment.

I have used Natural Lawn for two years and just signed up for next season. We have wet lands behind our how and the organic mosquito spray has worked like a charm, it’s great because we never used to be able to entertain at our backyard pool. Now that we have spray service, it’s basically mosquito free.
The lawn service has worked out well, the technicians are knowledgeable and our lawn looks great! I like the fact that the fertilizer is organic ...

I have used Natural Lawn for over 2 years now and I’m very happy with them. Customer service and their field techs are always friendly and courteous. They use good products that make my lawn look great, plus their prices are very fair. They will even send you an email to let you know when they plan on coming so that you can get your lawn cut beforehand. I will continue to use going forward.

Asked this company to come out for a fertilizer treatment and initially thought it was just a bad fertilizer burn. Has been over 6 weeks and the grass is now dead. The company has done nothing to remedy the damage. Unfortunately you pay up front for the treatments. Will never use again.
