We had hired a landscaper who, at the last minute, backed out on us. We have a fairly large graduation event planned and we were in a panic thinking it wouldn't get done now. I posted on a local page on Facebook and Nick responded to my post quickly. He price matched the quote we had accepted from the other contractor who stranded us and came to see the space he'd be working with. He was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell he enjoys his work. They were here just days later with flowers, greens and mulch. Within 4 hours my large flower beds were completely rejuvenated!! They did AMAZING work, reshaped existing plants, and cleaned up as if they were never there!! They literally saved us by stepping up like they did to help a "neighbor" out. Thanks so much Nick and crew!! We couldn't recommend you more and will definitely be doing business with you again in the future!!

Wow...I would not have thought it possible. Grass is growing in places that I didn't think ever would or could...and its only been a year! I subscribed to the lawn care last spring and did aeration and over seeding in the fall. This was my first year on the program and have had great results. Pretty simple to read the reports from the service technicians and follow a few instructions. Now only if they could help me with growing the hair on my head!

We have been using NaturaLawn for several years. Their customer service is great, and they are really helpful. We had a problem with our lawn last year and they sent someone right out to trouble shoot and remedy the issue.

The product seems good. The natural fertilizer keeps our lawn looking pretty healthy, and mosquito ranger did help with the bugs. Unfortunately, there seems to be a management issue. For example, we're supposed to be able to request "one time" pesticide treatments, as needed. So, we contact customer service, they are polite and helpful, and they "put a note on the account" with our request. Unfortunately, these requests often don't seem to make it to the actual technicians, so they end up not being addressed. We've had this happen several times over the past two summers (one issue remained uncorrected after 4 phone calls, at which point I gave up). It's too bad, because the product does seem to work well, and everyone I've talked to has been very friendly and helpful, but at this point we're considering trying another service next year.

We are one of a few "original owners" (36 years) in our neighborhood. The developer scraped off most of the loam and put down a skim coat; enough for seed to catch. It was never a great lawn and over the years we've spent so much time and money trying to make it look better but nothing seemed to work until we found Natural Lawn and after just one season with this company we have grass where I'd given up hope, all at nearly 1/2 the cost of the last company that actually made it look worse. We can't wait to see what the lawn will look like next year with Natural Lawn's treatments. We're very impressed so far.

They walked me through the whole program. When my lawn developed an issue, the technician pointed it out to me and took care of it. I'm very happy with the service.

Driver heading through Halifax today was driving like a maniac to the point he nearly ran drivers off the road before flipping them off. He also decided our town is his own personal trash can by tossing his Dunkin cup out the window. If this is how unprofessional they are, no way would I ever do business with them.

I’ve been reading through a lot of these other comments, and a lot of this simply isn’t true. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with them. They were very organized and friendly, the person I talked to on the phone was professional and took the time to address all of my concerns. Further more, my technician was very knowledgeable about the different plants in my yard as well as my lawn and the necessities to maintain it. Perhaps if some of the other commenters listened to the professionals, their lawn would as great as mine.

I used this company last season to for mosquito and tick prevention. I renewed at a higher rate for this season but with a 10% discount off that higher rate. They were not applying the discount. I called, they looked it up and agreed to offer me the 10% discount going forward. About a week later, I got a call and they said they were raising my bill by over $100 per application. That's over $1000 increase a year. I have the same size property as last year and already agreed to a rate increase this year. I canceled them and found another very reputable company at a lower fee that my original cost.

To not not honor an agreed to price and jack up my rate in the middle of the mosquito and tick season shows the lack of ethics and integrity with this company. Definitely would not recommend using this company.

Tracy is very knowledgable and professional. She always takes the time to explain the lawn care applications and leaves informative notes about the treatment applied as well as tips for us to keep our lawn looking thick and green. We now have a beautiful lawn! Thank you Tracy!

We have used their service for a few years now and our lawn is amazing. You would never know the lawn was established only 6 years old. Last year there was a little incident with a retaining wall, which can certainly happen, and they fixed the problem in a very timely fashion. I believe this speaks to their quality of customer service.

NaturalLawn is great. Every summer we have at least a few neighbors comment that we have the best lawn in the neighborhood. The ground crew is extremely knowledgeable and if there are any concerns they come out immediately to take care of it. On top of it all, knowing we are using a product that is safe for the environment is a huge bonus.

I had been with NaturaLawn for years. My lawn was the envy of everyone on the street. The technicians were fabulous. They called prior to coming and always showed up on time. They were open to questions and didn't hesitate to educate me on how I could also help to make the lawn lush and green. I stopped the care for two years due to other issues, but now I am back on board and happy to say, "I can't wait for spring to get the lawn back to its natural green and lush state." I've had Natural lawn of America service my lawn for the last three years. Lawn looks so much better the trying to do it yourself 4 steps. Service is punctual and responsive when called upon. Would recommend them to take care of your lawn.

We've been using NaturaLawn for mosquito control for 5 years and lawn service for 3 and could not be happier! We live next to a stream that dries to a swamp in the summer. Mosquitoes were unbearable so we gave mosquito ranger a try and haven't looked back. My kids can play outside all summer morning-night with no worries of mosquitoes. It was especially great during the EEE threat last fall.

Our lawn has never looked better and we get so many compliments on that too. Customer service is always great and prices are reasonable for the quality job they do!

Have had Mosquito Ranger an affiliate of Natural Lawn of American for longer than I can remember. Some years back I found that they also do lawn care. The staff was great about going over the programs they had to offer and also Organic programs that would be best for our dog. Another benefit is you can receive discounts based on the different program bundles. Would definitely recommend
