What a difference one year has made. I committed to one summer's investment in NaturaLawn of America with a critical mindset. I am very happy with the results. My lawn is much healthier and I appreciate their ecologically friendly approach to applications. Service is punctual and thorough. They are attentive to my questions when I call. I have renewed for another year with much more confidence in my high expectations. I recommend this service.

We have a huge yard with a beautiful lawn. Natural Lawn of America has helped to practically remove the clover population without harmful chemicals. We feel good about knowing it will not harm the butterflies, dragonflies or the bees. It's so important to have these beautiful bugs in our yard. The other reason we like Natural Lawn is our grass looked even more amazing after just 2 years of their products. The gentleman who came out to put down the application would speak with us about how we are taking care of our lawn and did a soil sample as well. He was always courteous and kind, gave some helpful suggestions, but more importantly he knew how to keep a lawn looking great! We take pride in our lawn and Natural Lawn of America has helped to keep it beautiful and non-toxic! I would highly recommend Natural Lawn to help make your yard look healthy and keep it healthy!

My lawn specialist Tracy is great! She's been out technician for many years. Very personable. If I'm home, she inquires about my lawn needs. Yard and driveway are always clean and tidy when she leaves. I would recommend Tracy to anyone.

The WORST customer service and lack of professionalism of any lawn company we have ever used. We paid up front for supposedly a soil test (never saw results of one) and weed control over the course of the season. We had to call the first time because they rang the doorbell and then left. The second time they came, I had to call and find out where they were since it was at the end of the time period they told us them would arrive. We supposedly got grub control and crabgrass prevention and I have more crabgrass than regular grass so not sure what they consider prevention. The guy shows up and buzzes around the lawn at a very high speed and that is supposed to be a thorough look at problems to be spot treated? Lawn has never looked worse. We canceled and to their credit, they honored a refund; but, seriously felt as though we were screwed. We will never again use this company.

Also, the response from NaturaLawn, to my review, is a LIE. We never said don't treat the first time till we talk to you. We said if we seed we will let you know. Also, we never said we seeded areas and you shouldn't put down crabgrass treatment.

I have used Natural Lawn for two years and just signed up for next season. We have wet lands behind our how and the organic mosquito spray has worked like a charm, it’s great because we never used to be able to entertain at our backyard pool. Now that we have spray service, it’s basically mosquito free.
The lawn service has worked out well, the technicians are knowledgeable and our lawn looks great! I like the fact that the fertilizer is organic ...

I have used Natural Lawn for over 2 years now and I’m very happy with them. Customer service and their field techs are always friendly and courteous. They use good products that make my lawn look great, plus their prices are very fair. They will even send you an email to let you know when they plan on coming so that you can get your lawn cut beforehand. I will continue to use going forward.

Asked this company to come out for a fertilizer treatment and initially thought it was just a bad fertilizer burn. Has been over 6 weeks and the grass is now dead. The company has done nothing to remedy the damage. Unfortunately you pay up front for the treatments. Will never use again.

The Walmart in Attleboro is EXTREMELY small for the area it serves. The Braintrust in Bentonville, should have made it bigger lol.

VJR Landscaping has been doing my yard for years. If there were any problems, a quick call fixed it.

VJR is the best! Always super neat and gets the job done in a timely fashion! Always fair on the price!

Vinny came and scoped out my needs in advance. Worked within my tight deadline (to accommodate other projects). Arrived with a large crew spending better part of a day. Checked in with us often about our wants & needs. Left the place looking fabulous.
