We hired Marquis Tree Service to remove 7 trees from our property. From our initial interaction with Jay for the estimate to the crew performing the tree removal, we were highly impressed. Mike, Pedro, Alex and Paul were very professional and courteous. They arrived punctually at 8:00 and performed a walk-through of the job with me prior to setting up. The team was very efficient and neat. They left our property as clean as it was when they arrived, and they even brought our trash barrels from the sidewalk up to the garage.
The price for the service was very reasonable and the entire Marquis Tree Service team very professional. We highly recommend Marquis Tree Service and will definitely use them in the future if we need any trees removed.

We need to remove 12 pine trees, 1 oak and 1 maple trees. All very big. They showed up on time, get to work right away. They have the process down and very efficiently finished it in one day. They also cleaned up the tree branches, not just blowing them, they use shovels and brought them all onto their truck. The lead person said they strive to leave the property better than when they started. The did!!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The Marquis team arrived on time and Derek review the work to be done. He then walked the yard to view everything to be done. The team was very efficient and did a great job cleaning up given all of the snow on the ground. Derek actually had to climb some trees to prune branches, it was amazing to watch !! Sean was in charge of pruning our Japanese maples and did a masterful job !! I would definitely use this team again !!

We had four trees that were dangerously close to pur home and pool. Marquis came out quickly, efficiently, and made it look easy!! We appreciate the team and what they did to protect our home.

Marquis Tree Service brings to mind certain modifiers: Professional, Efficient, Competent, Reasonable Pricing, Clean, On Time. Nice to see a crew that had all the equipment they needed for the job and for protection, and who worked enthusiastically to get the job done in a very short time.

Sean did a great job managing tree health. Whether it's treating hemlocks for wolly adlegid with non-toxic materials, or handing needle scale on spruces, he takes the time to explain his treatment plan, what he's using, and any other questions you might have.

They also have top shelf professional equipment. I had used a different arborist who spend 30s per tree on treatment from a tiny sprayer in his pickup, but Sean's firehose sized equipment and vehicle the size of a dump truck managed to hit every part of my trees. I've already re-upped for next year.

These guys are literally still in my driveway packing up. That's how excited/happy I am to write this review. I had about 13 trees including an extremely large (and extremely dying) Ash tree very close to my house and they were able to handle everything I asked for and even helped prune a couple smaller items for me.

Everything is clean, they raked and blew away any debris. The crew was incredible and easy to work with.

The pricing was extremely clear and they make sure to walk you through everything very succinctly.

If you have tree work to be done and live in an area they service, don't bother looking at anyone else. 1000% no brainer and one of the best service experiences I've had as a home owner.

I live on the edge of a forest and the trees grow into my backyard with large branches getting too close to the house. I recently called multiple tree companies to get a quote on trimming the branches back to a safe distance.

Marquis Tree was the only company that responded in a timely manner. They sent someone to my house to look at the situation with me and gave me what I considered a reasonable quote on the spot.

As soon as I accepted the quote online, they set up a service date within two weeks. When the day came, they arrived on time, told me what their plan was and worked directly to that plan.

It was a very satisfying customer experience for me.

They removed a very large white pine tree from the back yard beautifully. A car was parked on the street where they planned to put the crane, even though there was a no parking sign there. They changed the plan and everything went very well, and it was very exciting to watch.

The Marquis Tree service team was a professional powerhouse. From Jay who came to assess the project and offered clear information, to the crew that extracted the huge pine that had fallen into our neighbor’s yard with such precision and skill using state of the art equipment. They left the site clean and tidy.

Marquis Tree removed my 2 massive pine trees in roughly 3 1/2 hrs. They were so professional and skilled. I watched in awe from the time they set up to the time they piled the logs and revealed the level of tree rot that had been there for awhile. Highly, highly recommend them!!!!

We’ve used Marquis tree service several times. Each time they’ve done a great job. They arrived on time, cut and trimmed the trees we agreed on, cleaned up, and are friendly and professional. They know how to deal with conservation land, are careful to avoid putting heavy equipment near our septic system, and are flexible. Overall good experience without any issues or hassles.

This is 2nd time we have used Marquis service. We had a big tree branch fell on my front yard and another affected branch was waiting to fall to my roof at weekend. I called Marquis on early Monday morning and John came to my property to check out the situation at 8:30. This job need Crane and police support. Ashely at office scheduled on Friday.... but I watched the news, and it forecast Wed evening would rain. I was so worried another branch would fall on my roof. I called Ashely on Tue to see the possibility to reschedule to remove the tree on Wed. I do not know how she managed to work on Wed as I wished in such a short time to coordinate with the Crew, Crane and Police. I do know she tried really hard to make this happen. Ashely is just amazing! Wednesday, the whole team showed up and completed the job in 3 hours in a very efficient and professional way. I asked to save a small portion of the tree trunk as a souvenir. They help me cut into 4 pieces as seating stool and put on my backyard patio. I am impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Wed night, it indeed strong wind and rain, but I am not scared and worried as Marquis help me removed the risk. I feel so blessed and grateful to have Marquis as my tree removal company. Honestly goes a long way for me. I called Marquis about a tree I thought needed to be taken down. They could have easily oversold me on the tree removal, but instead I was assured the tree was healthy and there was no need to take it down. I then asked about pruning a tree and they agreed that tree did need it. I really appreciate honest advice and excellent customer service.

I picked Marquis Tree Service after receiving several estimates for removal of several large trees on my property. From my first meeting with Scott to the crew of three which included Dave and Brian, I was impressed with their professionalism and respect. Scott said the work would take a day and when they leave "you'd never know they were there", which was exaclty what happened. The crew went above and beyond cleaning the yard and debris. Marquis had the largest crane that was capable of reaching all the trees throughout my yard which was a huge influence on my choice to choose them. Excellent tree removal of a giant red oak in very a tough location. Not even one broken branch on adjoining trees, efficient, perfect clean up. Their huge crane and its operator are amazing. Very impressive work.
