I bought a house less than a year ago with a 25yr old Burnham Boiler (oil fired) which tripped out on us. I asked around for a reputable oil burner service company and Mike Giasullo Oil Burner Service Inc. came up quite a few times! I gave them a call and Mike was quick to respond and very professional. He cleaned out the entire system which was extremely clogged up and way over due for maintenance. He repaired the vent stack from the boiler to the chimney and repaired and replaced a couple of parts that were worn and broken with the ignitor & sensors. After being patient and kind enough to answer all the questions I had,. He fired up Good Ol'Betsy and she sounded like a dream! I was floored!! That thing used to shake the entire house every time it kicked on and now I can't even tell if it’s running unless I’m standing right next to it!! He may have just fixed it for the next 25yrs!! I highly recommend using Mike Giasullo for any of your oil burner needs!! Thanks Mike!

Super great experience, called on a Saturday evening and within 30 minutes I received a call back from Mike. He was at my grandmothers house within an hour and got her oil burner fixed and back up and running. Would recommend Mikes services!

Due to my own negligence I forgot to set up an annual service and my system ended up smoking out the basement. Mike responded fast and was able to help me out on short notice. He got the system back up and running before the space heaters even got warm! I would recommend him to anyone

Mike and friend installed a new oil tank and also replaced a faulty expansion tank, a service call I sprung on him when he showed up that day. He took it all in stride and everything went well. Communication prior to and on the day of the work was excellent and I think my basement was a little cleaner when he left than when he arrived. I plan to use him for my annual service and for anything that might pop up along the way. Highly recommended.

Mike has been servicing our furnace since we bought our house in 2021. We knew that we would need to replace it as it was very old. He’s very reputable, responsive and trustworthy, so we decided to go with him to replace our furnace. He did a great job. Highly recommend!

Our burner developed a problem the Saturday before thanksgiving, we called Mike and he replaced our burner on Tuesday. We had heat and hot water thanks to Mike working all day to get it done. The burner is working great. He did a fantastic job. I highly recommend his services.

Hired Mike Giasullo to do OM work on my oil heating unit a couple weeks ago. He was very quick to respond to my call and set up an appointment very soon. Highly reccomend Mike for taking care of your oil burner or water heater needs. He came out right away and got me a good price for a new 40 gallon tank where others wanted to charge double. He was able to squeeze me in with a tight schedule knowing I was in a serious situation with a potential water heater about to blow. I was very pleased with his work as well and the job was done meticulously well.

Mike came out to check the oil tank and give us a price for replacement. Everything went smooth from first visit to installation. I would recommend his service to anyone. We also had him clean the oil burner this month. He does a great job.

Straightforward on-line booking. Appointment reminder by email. Mike arrived within the expected window and got straight to work performing maintenance on our 35+ year old forced hot air furnace. Updated the yellow hanging tag with services performed on this date with results of the efficiency test. No mess left behind.

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday. I called so many places and no one would help. Mike answered right away and quickly agreed to come check out the situation. He wasn't able to do a quick fix, so he had to get others to help in what became a much bigger job. It was gone quickly and his price was incredibly reasonable. Also, they somehow left my house super clean. So thankful for Mike's help.

Mike Giasullo Oil Burner Service was excellent to work with & we will 100% use them for our future needs. I spoke with Mike to set up an appointment for a cleaning of our system. He was very accommodating with my hectic schedule and was able to set up the appointment quickly. He was friendly & polite on the phone & had great communication with text/email reminders. Dana was the technician that performed the service & he was great too. He arrived promptly, explained what he was doing, was neat & efficient in providing our cleaning. We had skipped a couple of years so we were in need of some extra attention. Dana was also friendly & polite & communicated well throughout the process.
