Long story short, we had no heating in zone 1. Two different service companies came in the space of a few days, with neither providing resolution, and leaving us with no reliable heat.

Finally, we found Mike. He came out same day to take a look ( in January, freezing cold, high demand). He was very thorough, found the problem, and provided an immediate fix. He made the whole process easy, and offered a very honest and professional service. Highly recommend.

They were on time and quick. They finished early and made sure to clean up. They recommended the Roth replacement tank .it looks great and increased floor space. Great job all around

I have an outside oil tank that was very old and rusting and had a very small leak. Mike and his team were very responsive and came by the house the same day I called. They thoroughly expected the tank and the space. Mike gave me a free estimate for two options of oil tanks. After researching the different tanks, I went with the Roth 275 gallon oil tank, which is what they recommended. The estimate was a very reasonable price. They came out the day I requested and removed the old tank and installed the new tank without disrupting the heat or hot water to my house. Mike and his team were on time, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Mike for any similar work that you need done!

We have used RER as our oil supplier and heating system service provider for four years. Their service has always been excellent and quick. We have been completely satisfied and I would recommend RER without hesitation.

Jeff is really the best of all. Complicated story, but let me simplify that: After one freezing night with temperature below zero fahrenheit, the HVAC in my home was blowing out cold air and I had a burst water pipe (I was able to shut the main water supply to prevent flooding). With a call to Jeff, he showed up immediately on that day despite his packed schedule (I can imagine how many calls he got on those freezing days). Within a few hours, he fixed my pipe, identified the problem in the heating system, suggested solutions and presented me with several options and the pros and cons of those options. Super professional, responsive, responsible and knowledgeable, with a sense of urgency. Better yet, the bill came in far better than reasonable. I can't appreciate your help more, Jeff. Thanks for everything! You saved my day(s)!

Jeff and his team installed a new furnace to replace our 37-year old furnace, a new oil tank to replace a weeping tank, and a heat pump. From start to finish the communication was great, work quality was amazing, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Jeff was also able to help out with all aspects of the Mass Save program (weatherization/enregy audit, rebates, HEAT loan) and the pricing on all 3 installs was very fair.

RER has delivered oil over the winter and the pricing is also competitive with the going rate. We're happy to deal with a local company that cares about their clients and doesn't try to stiff them like some of the big companies that are out there.

My wife and I cannot thank RER enough for keeping our home heated during the winter, and we're excited to use the heat pump for central AC as the weather gets warmer. Thanks RER Fuel!
