Ranucci and Sons did a fantastic job installing a new HVAC system into my home. They used top of the line products for less than other suppliers were quoting for inferior brands. The job was installed meticulously, the condenser was installed perfectly, and the lines run neatly and cleanly. Everything works great; will be nice and comfy all summer long! We couldn't be happier with the experience!!! Fantastic price, promptness and professionalism. It was raining out one afternoon and they laid down runners to not dirty up the floors inside my home. Would highly recommend them for an HVAC project to your home!!!

He came out and assessed the problem with my AC system was polite, professional and the best part is the work was done in a timely manner. Especially with the heat wave we had recently! I 100% recommend Ranucci & Sons if you’re looking for quality work!!

Ranucci & Sons was amazing! I had trouble today on the first 90° day of heat with my AC not working cooling correctly, within 3 hrs they where at my house solving the issue. Fixed it in under an hours time. Great price, great staff, cold AC!

We've used Ranucci & Sons for all our HVAC work since buying our house last year, and have had fantastic service every time we need work on our HVAC system. Richie has been responsive, professional, and thorough for each thing we've needed - from inspecting our old system, doing maintenance, replacing problematic old components, doing an entire heating and air conditioning upgrade/replacement, etc. - we've been very happy with the service and price every time. He's extremely knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions and explain things. We'll definitely continue to call Richie for future HVAC projects and for routine maintenance, and highly recommend anyone else do the same!

Ranucci & Sons GOES ABOVE & BEYOND and exceeds expectations!

I called several HVAC companies when our AC stopped working over the Memorial Day holiday. Everyone was backlogged and couldn’t give me a time. Richie of Ranucci & Sons took my call and literally started his day several hours earlier to accommodate me. He arrived at 6am just as he said, called 15 minutes before arrival at my request. He followed through and Fixed our AC! Highly recommend!

With 2 service calls over the last two years, Ranucci has been prompt, thorough, reasonable and friendly. I can highly recommend this team for HVAC needs!

Update - 8/6/2024 - This summer one of our AC Units broke pretty severely. Through a couple visits with attempts to get us by, Richie & I discussed the best, and most financially acceptable approaches to get the problem resolved. He was open and clear about the costs and the risks, and he and his team came and replaced the coil today. Ben and Dane on his team were the first to arrive and were professional, respectful and prompt. They left the area looking better than when they came. I continue to recommend this company highly!

Richie Ranucci and service person, Jordan, have been wonderful! They installed a new system for us and also helped repair a second system during this current heatwave. Because of his great reputation, competitive pricing and quality of work, he's typically booked months in advance but certainly worth the wait so try to plan ahead.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Ranucci & Sons HVAC Company. After another contractor abandoned my project to reroute HVAC duct work at my house, I was left feeling hopeless. Despite his very busy schedule, he assessed my situation confidently, knowing exactly how to tackle the job without unnecessary damage to my house, which the previous contractor had planned to do. I got a brand new system installed from Ranucci and Sons. The employees are very professional and they are very clean with there work. My unit is working great and I would highly recommend them.

The HVAC Tech was on time and quickly diagnosed my HVAC system noise problem was due to a failing condensation pump. He carried one in his truck so made quick work of installing the replacement.

Initial installation of a furnace seemed very efficient and well done. Much later, I discovered that there was a problem with the instillation and additional service would be required. Upon scheduling another appointment, they were willing to fix their mistake at no charge. All staff and installers were friendly and professional every step of the way. I respect a company that is willing to stand by their work and make sure things are done properly, no matter how much time passes.

Very bad tempered agent picking up the phone.
The whole process is rude, aggressive, very unprofessional, and it is extremely difficult to coordinate time because of their bad temper. Agreed on appointment in two weeks, then all of sudden contacted me a spot freed up. When I was asking is this another company, the agent acting extremely inpatient and made the conversation difficult to go on. Cancelled the appointment because they were 1 hour late for the appointment. So in reality the technician showed up (if they actually did, which I doubt) after I cancelled the appointment. I did not have my AC fixed, so you can tell from their reply that once again they are irresponsible with their communication.
Regardless of their AC service, the communication just showed how they tend to treat customers when things didn't go their way.
