Tech was great. Completed work quickly and offered advice on future maintenance for unit.

This was a first visit for cost estimate on total heating and air conditioning replacement. The estimator showed up on time, was nice and provided good information on the replacemt. He also took notes on what will be done. Now waiting for the cost estimate. More to come later. Few days later I got the cost estimate and it was what I expected. They installers were respectful and professional. Did the work of the air conditioner and the furnace in 2 days. I was especially happy that they were able to fit the exhaust and intake pipes where I asked them to do. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. That needs furnace installed.

Service tech was on time and attentive to all my question and concerns. Resolved the issue he was here for and addressed a second one while he was here. Cleaned up after he was done and actually left the area cleaner than it was when he got here.

I once again had normal spring service. The company was great at letting me know when the service agent would arrive and when the job was done. Sean, the service agent could not have been more helpful and pleasant.

Our technician was very knowledgeable. Our furnace was not working. He was able to ascertain the problem and repair the furnace.

Paul, the Service Manager, was pleasant and knowledgable, and offered several options. He came on time (although later in the window), and was careful with tracking dir through the house. Waiting for the estimate.

Paul was excellent, very well spoken and explained everything to me. I recently purchased a condo and they were very thorough with examining my heating system and giving me feedback. I purchased a maintenance contract and look forward to hearing back from him about a part I need. Also, the woman that answers the phones is very helpful and personable. So far, I am very pleased that I chose this company.

Paul was excellent. I didn’t think he would take the service call as it was close to closing time, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. We had no AC and it was in the middle of a heat wave. He made a repair that was needed, but unfortunately it didn’t resolve the problem. Paul was so thorough and was able to troubleshoot the problem to an electrical issue. He spent extra time checking all other options and we could tell he really wanted to fix the problem for us. We greatly appreciate Paul and his attention to detail. He explained everything and only did what was necessary. He didn’t overcharge for services, which happens when you’re at the mercy of contractors. I would highly recommend R.H. Young. Carolyn( the office worker who took my call) was also very courteous and kind and assured me Paul was really good. She was right. Great company and service.

Once again I received friendly, professional service and will continue to use them and recommend friends to them.👍

Such a pain, and frustrating free experience.
At home with a very sick husband and my AC died on a very hot day. Response was quick and a service call was scheduled. Dan came an hour early, fixed the problem and was so very helpful. Thank you! Joan

Technician Mat showed up exactly in the time frame scheduled and was very polite and a pleasure to talk to. Mat was very knowledgeable of the situation and explained every issue that he saw and his recommendations to fix. I will definitely use Mat and R H Young again for any problems I encounter in the future.

They came by to get info to give me an estimate on new furnace, AC, humidifier and duct cleaning. Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and took the time to understand my needs and made suggestions to consider. Very satisfied with the process so far.

Apparently this place merged with Supreme or atleast a representative from Supreme said so.. Check the reviews over there. Very similar, 1 star horror stories of rude customer service.

We chose RH Young for annual servicing because they installed the system for our new house and it has been running perfectly.

R. H. Young goes above and beyond to accommodate needs :) Matt in particular knows his stuff 🧠 and is a very kind person. Carolyn in the office is awesome also 👍🏻

Service definitely exceeded expectations. I had no heat, and RH Young responded quickly (on a Sunday afternoon!). Technician was prompt, polite, thorough and very knowledgeable. I now have heat!

Great service with R.H. young. Caroline was gracious and was able to schedule the service call in a timely manner. The technician Paul was able to diagnose the issue and fix it. He explained in detail what was happening and what the fix would entail.

RH Young did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. Dan and Matt were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. The install was smooth, they answered all our questions, and left everything clean. Would definitely recommend.
